**Daily Human Suffering**

It has been five consecutive days since the Israeli occupation forces closed the borders, a move that places us in a state of food insecurity. We live under the weight of the blockade, where food prices are rising unprecedentedly, and the ability to provide a meal for our children is a daily challenge. In this blessed month of Ramadan, we hope to be able to provide enough food to break our fast, but the reality confirms that many families cannot even meet the minimum nutritional needs.

Imagine, our children waiting eagerly for iftar, yet there is nothing to offer them. Seeing their innocent eyes searching for food while we are unable to provide it is a heartbreaking scene that ignites pain in our hearts. They also have to walk long distances to fill water while fasting, only to find that the water is not clean.

**Health and Psychological Consequences**

The situation does not stop there; the hunger that our children experience affects not only their bodies but also their mental health. Children who should be living their childhoods innocently and joyfully find themselves facing the harshness of life, leading to depression and anxiety. We see how their smiles turn into sad expressions and how their dreams fade in the face of a grim reality.

Moreover, the health situation in Gaza is deteriorating due to a shortage of medicines and medical supplies. At a time when families need good healthcare, we find hospitals suffering from severe resource shortages, many of which have been destroyed, putting thousands of lives at risk.

**Living in Tents**

In these harsh conditions, we live in torn tents that provide no protection from the winter cold or summer heat. During rainy days, our tents turn into pools of water, exacerbating our suffering and exposing us to significant health risks. We face daily challenges in securing a safe shelter for our families, living in constant anxiety about how to provide a place for our children to seek refuge.

The situation is catastrophic now in Gaza after the heavy rains and winds this week. Did you know that families in Gaza only have pieces of nylon for shelter and that the cold is extremely severe? My family is suffering from the biting cold.

We have cried blood, not just tears, waiting for a ceasefire in Gaza, and families like mine will leave for a barren land. Houses will turn to ashes, streets will be erased, and memories will be scattered like ashes. I am Nour, 35 years old, a Palestinian from Gaza. I am trying to save my family of 7 members and five children from the hell of war by moving to a safe place until the horrific war ends.

Our suffering and hardship began on the fourteenth of October 2023, when my family was forcibly displaced from the north to the south under conditions that threatened their lives. As a result, our homes were completely destroyed and our businesses were demolished, and we were left with no source of livelihood, no shelter to shelter us and no source of livelihood to live on.

We have been living in miserable tents since the first days of the war. Life has become very difficult and harsh. There is no longer any way to live. Getting even the lowest standard of living has become difficult and impossible. All our hope is to secure basic daily necessities, but this often seems impossible, which is why The reason is that we suffer from the hardship of life. You cannot imagine how difficult it is to obtain food, drinking water, medicine and other facilities. Life has become miserable and sad, in addition to the hot weather inside the hot tents, which increases our incredible pain and suffering. We cannot Words cannot describe the miserable conditions we are living in at the present time due to the unjust war.

Part of our daily struggle is getting the least we need. Imagine how you feel when you wait in line for at least four hours. Things are worse than any human being could ever experience

Every day we wake up to find things going from bad to worse. There is no sign of the war ending and this increases our unhappiness and miserable life. Despair and frustration have become new forms of our lives as we are now homeless, displaced and unemployed. Please don't waste this moment to help a family in desperate need. A critical emergency!!!

I am Karam, one of Jawad Abi’s sons. He is 60 years old and needs heart surgery!!!! Earlier this month, we published a post asking for your support in providing Abi's monthly treatment for his heart condition. Unfortunately, the funds raised came too late. My father's health deteriorated significantly yesterday, and the doctor said that because a long period had passed between monthly treatments, many of his heart valves had closed. She now needs urgent surgery to save his heart. My father will die without this surgery!! He's dying now because his heart is struggling to function! She needs this surgery immediately to save his life
