Résumé : Le patrimoine culturel est en partie conservé dans des collections publiques et privées difficilement accessibles au grand public ainsi qu’aux chercheurs, historiens de l’art, économistes, ou archéologues, qui trouvent là un frein majeur à leurs recherches. Nous sommes aujourd’hui en mesure de partager et de valoriser ce patrimoine par le biais du Web sémantique et des données ouvertes liées sous l’impulsion du Ministère de la Culture. Dans cet article, nous développons un vocabulaire qui a pour vocation d’ouvrir les données « numismatiques », c’est-à-dire des données relatives aux monnaies anciennes, véritables œuvres d’art réalisés par des artistes graveurs, témoins de l’évolution des cultures depuis plus de deux millénaires, dont seule une petite partie (dans le meilleur des cas) est exposée au public à travers les vitrines des musées. The Government of India launched the Jawaharlal Nehru National Solar Mission (" JNNSM " or, " National Solar Mission ") which inter alia targets 20 GW of grid connected solar capacity by year 2022.The main purpose of this paper to design high efficient PV integrated with grid. Efficiency of PV is improved by using MPPT technique. ANFIS based MPPT is the proposed method of this paper. This technique is compared with Conventional Incremental Conductance(IC) which is based on fast changing radiation. The ANFIS based MPPT scheme works fast and gives improved results under change of solar irradiation. The simulation study is done using MATLAB/SIMULINK software.

The MIR wavelength regime promises better gas detection possibilities than the NIR or the visible region because of the higher absorbencies simulated by HITRAN. In the MIR region are many important absorption lines of significant gases, which are relevant in healthcare, production supervision, and safety and environmental monitoring. One of those gases is methane. CH4 shows significant variations in absorbance with a maximum at 3.3 μm, which results in low detection limits in the range of low ppm. Interband-cascade-and quantum-cascade-based lasers emit at higher wavelengths, where the absorbencies of methane are higher. The comparison is done by analyzing the performance of two spectroscopy applications: tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy and quartz-enhanced photoacoustic spectroscopy.

Automation plays a predominant role in the modern scientific world. Automatic phase changer finds application in small offices, residences where single phase equipment's are used during phase failure, this unit automatically take the available phase lines and distribute to the non-available phase lines. The circuit is built around a transformer, micro-controller, voltage divider, & relay. Three identical sets of the circuit, one for each of three phases are used .The power supply provided to the transformers is stepped down at the level of 12volt which is rectified by the diodes and filtered by a capacitor to produce the ripple free operating voltage. Physicians' ability to make cost-effective decisions has been shown to be affected by their knowledge of health care costs. This study assessed whether Portuguese family physicians are aware of the costs of the most frequently prescribed diagnostic and laboratory tests. A cross-sectional study was conducted in a representative sample of Portuguese family physicians, using computer-assisted telephone interviews for data collection. A Likert scale was used to assess physician's level of agreement with four statements about health care costs. Family physicians were also asked to estimate the costs of diagnostic and laboratory tests. Each physician's cost estimate was compared with the true cost and the absolute error was calculated. One-quarter (24%; 95% confidence interval: 23%-25%) of all cost estimates were accurate to within 25% of the true cost, with 55% (95% IC: 53-56) overestimating and 21% (95% IC: 20-22) underestimating the true actual cost.
