Bu kitap; duygusal ve davranışsal bozukluklara sahip öğrenciler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak isteyen sınıf öğretmenleri, özel eğitim öğretmenleri ve alanda çalışan uzmanlar için hazırlanmış giriş niteliğinde bir uygulama kitabıdır. Her bir bozukluğun nedeni, tanımlanması, güncel araştırmalar ışığında verilmeye çalışılmış ve okul ortamındaki pratik uygulamalarla da anlatım zenginleştirilmiştir. Bunlara ek olarak belirli bir bozukluğun tüm yönlerine ilişkin temel yaklaşımla birlikte bilimsel olarak geliştirilmiş müdahele yöntemleri de verilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Bu kitabın alanda yeni çalışmaya başlayan öğretmenler kadar güncel verilerle desteklenen tanı koyma ve müdahele stratejilrine önem vermesi nedeniyle alanda uzun süredir çalışmakta olan öğretmenlere ve uzmanlara da yararlı olacağını düşünmekteyiz.

WEEE (waste electrical and electronic equipment) is estimated to be one of the fastest-growing waste stream worldwide and in the EU. Due to its content of dangerous substances, it is considered and regulated as hazardous waste. At the same time WEEE is a potential source for recuperation of valuable materials, such as precious metals. This paper presents the current European regulatory framework concerning WEEE management. As part of the assessment, fulfilment of the producer responsibility principle in the context of WEEE management is analysed as an example of implementation of the principle in practice. Furthermore, the paper explores selected consumer-initiated initiatives. The goal of the work is to frame and examine the topic WEEE under an EU lens and to highlight selected responses to the issue of WEEE increase, and more generally to explore current responses for sustainable management of this material stream.
The EU WEEE Directive sets targets to reduce generation of WEEE and to enhance proper collection, re-use and recycling of this material stream, encouraging producer responsibility as key principle. In response to the directive, the European Recycling Platform, that is the first ever pan-European producer compliance scheme, was established for providing an alternative concept to national monopolistic schemes. While in Europe top-down approaches based on regulatory frameworks have become common in WEEE management, consumer-initiated bottom-up initiatives to address WEEE are comparatively rare, but can become vital elements to lower occurrence of such waste streams. Community-based hackerspaces are one example of proactive response towards reduction of avoidable e-waste and should therefore be fostered.

Anormal Psikoloji kitabı, ruhsal bozukluklar alanında çalışan tüm profesyoneller, psikiyatristler, klinik psikologlar, psikologlar, psikolojik danışmanlar, hekimler, sosyal hizmet uzmanları, psikiyatri hemşireleri ve bu alanlarda öğrenci yetiştiren akademisyenler ile eğitim alan öğrenciler için temel bir başvuru kitabıdır.
2013 yılının Mayısı ayında yayımlanan DSM-5 ölçütlerine göre ruhsal bozukluklarla ilgili sunulan bilgilerin güncellemesinin de yapıldığı bu kitap, tüm dünyada pek çok üniversitenin psikiyatri ve psikoloji bölümlerinde ders kitabı olarak okutulmaktadır.
Kitabın her bölümünde, ilk olarak ruhsal bozukluklarla ilgili vakalar sunulmakta, daha sonra bozuklukların klinik tanıları yapılmakta ve DSM-IV-TR’den farklı olan DSM-5’te yapılan değişikliklere yer verilmektedir. Il secondo rapporto sull’innovazione sociale in Italia pubblicato dal CERIIS(centro di ricerche internazionali sull’innovazione sociale) analizza il fenomeno dell’innovazione sociale nel nostro Paese, attraverso la rilevazione di quasi 500 progetti ed esperienze e l’approfondimento di 56 casi di maggior rilevanza.
Sulla base di questa ampia analisi empirica, il rapporto illustra i modelli e le attuali tendenze maggiormente consolidate dell’innovazione sociale nel nostro Paese. In particolare, lo studio identifica le caratteristiche chiave dell’innovazione sociale e le principali condizioni che ne favoriscono lo sviluppo;
evidenzia gli ambiti di rilievo sociale dove il fenomeno in questione risulta più frequente; le specificità dei soggetti tipicamente coinvolti e le modalità (appunto, innovative) con cui essi interagiscono nell’implementazione delle iniziative.
Successivamente, il lavoro approfondisce le condizioni che determinano la possibile sostenibilità economica dell’innovazione sociale, anche fornendo una stima dei finanziamenti pubblici che in questi anni ne hanno supportato
l’avvio. Analizza, poi, quanto accade nell’ambito delle imprese “profit”, cogliendo la connessione tra innovazione e politiche di corporate social responsability. Sulla base dei risultati derivanti dall’analisi di tali questioni, il rapporto presenta un set di proposte per l’elaborazione di una politica organica
a favore dello sviluppo dell’innovazione sociale. Nella terza parte conclusiva, sono presentati alcuni contributi su particolari problematiche relative all’innovazione sociale, tra cui quella del coinvolgimento dei giovani. Due aspetti distinguono il Rapporto sull’innovazione sociale del CERIIS,
rendendolo un punto di riferimento nel dibattito sulle nuove modalità di creazione di valore collettivo: l’attenta rappresentazione della realtà empirica del fenomeno, determinata dalla rilevazione di un numero molto ampio di esperienze a diversi stadi di sviluppo; l’approfondimento dei criteri pratici che permettono di distinguere l’innovazione sociale e i fattori da cui dipende il suo impatto.
La pubblicazione di questo secondo rapporto sull’innovazione sociale è un importante risultato nell’ambito della missione del CERIIS di studiare scientificamente il fenomeno dell’innovazione sociale e allo stesso tempo, di favorirne la divulgazione. Essendo basato sull’analisi empirica di un ampio numero di realtà ed esperienze concrete, il rapporto ha anche favorito il diretto coinvolgimento di numerosi attori pubblici e privati, impegnati in diversi ambiti dell’innovazione sociale. Si tratta di un risultato “indiretto”, ma molto importante nella prospettiva che il CERIIS si è dato di svolgere un’attività
di sperimentazione progettuale e di integrazione culturale, a
fianco di quelle più tradizionali di un centro di ricerche.

The key question for every business model is whether the business initiative is viable and sustainable over time. To answer that question, we measure that through a conventional cost-benefit analysis, and we do that even in new, sustainable business models. Is that the way to go? And does it reflect all values that are created? Is it at all possible to develop sustainable business when not all implicit values are valued? The answer, of course, is NO, but… how can we do it different?

In the last two decades, a renewed interest on the concepts of social innovation and social entrepreneurship has emerged. In fact, a large body of theoretical developments that occurred in the fields of innovation, territorial development, social economics, and public governance (among others) have emphasised the need to adopt new approaches to new (or emerging) problems, such as: climate change; chronic diseases; increasing inequalities in income distribution; high rates of unemployment (particularly among young people); the impact of ageing population; and mass urbanisation and social exclusion phenomenon. Participation as such is connected with political, social and civic dimensions. Through participation, citizens can directly or indirectly help to make the public process become more transparent and more efficient. It allows citizens “to see" into a decision-making process, to understand it, as well as contribute and be able to control it. In practice, civic participation has various forms; it includes both formal civic associations and informal groups of citizens that develop activities in order to solve local problems. In this paper we focus on civic participation in the innovation in the provision of public services, i.e. co-creation. Our objective is to map the best practices of co-creation in social innovations at the local government level in Slovakia. L'incontro è dedicato a raccontare quattro esperienze nelle quali soggetti diversi dell'amministrazione, della scuola e della società civile, puntando al benessere ed allo sviluppo delle capacità delle persone e delle comunità, si misurano su come possa essere proprio il gioco tradizionale a "fare scuola": come progetti sociali possano ospitare e nutrirsi delle potenzialità del gioco di strada; come questo possa essere ripreso e trasmesso nella scuola e dalla scuola "riversarsi" in strada, contribuendo a fare della strada un laboratorio di incontro per la comunità. Abitare un giardino per abitare un quartiere: il recupero dei giardini dell’ex-Nani

Un giardino di quartiere, da tempo abbandonato, torna ad essere crocevia di incontri attorno al gioco: dal laboratorio “Riciclattoli” e dalle domeniche di “gioco sul prato”, si sviluppa con un gruppo di richiedenti asilo, il laboratorio per le scuole “Giochi e giocatori in viaggio”. Perché quando abitiamo un luogo e lo rendiamo occasione di incontro, esso nutre i pensieri e diventa propulsore di nuove iniziative.

Dans notre article, nous essayons de dégager les différentes conditions qui ont permis l'émergence d'une innovation sociale dans l'aide à domicile. Nous mobilisons plusieurs champs théoriques qui nous permettent d'en étudier à la fois les financements, les acteurs-trices et la place dans les activités socio-économiques aux principes non strictement marchands.

RÉSUMÉ
Comme toute innovation sociale, le commerce équitable (CÉ) est confronté au défi de son institutionnalisation sans que soit dénaturé son idée initiale (introduction). L’analyse de la trajectoire du CÉ permet de rendre compte de son processus d’institutionnalisation et des stratégies adoptées par les organisations du commerce équitable face au risque de dénaturation (partie 1). Le processus d’institutionnalisation est traversé par des tensions autour d’enjeux, lesquelles appartiennent à trois grandes familles de tensions (partie 2). À chaque famille de tension correspond un microprocessus de gestion de la tension auquel les acteurs ont recours face aux tendances qui tirent le CÉ trop loin de son projet initial. Mais force est aussi de reconnaître qu’il existe un double processus de réinvention de l’innovation et de reconfiguration institutionnelle (conclusion).

ABSTRACT
As every social innovation, Fair Trade faces the challenge of institutionalization without altering its initial idea (introduction). The analysis of the trajectory of the Fair Trade movement reveals the process of institutionalization and the strategies adopted by organizations to prevent the risks of alteration and dilution (part one). The process of institutionalization is subject to multiple tensions around the issues at stake, which can be aggregated into three broad families of tensions (part two). Each family of tensions corresponds to a micro-process of tension management that can be used by actors and stakeholders to control forces pulling the Fair Trade movement too far away from its initial project. These frameworks of analysis instruct us on the double process at play, where the innovation’s re-invention meets the institutional reconfiguration (conclusion).

The fact is that ideas about 'management' and ideas about 'anarchism' emerged at the same time, in the context of the rise of industrial capitalism. So perhaps we need to understand the two as somehow related. This chapter will suggest that we can write a different history of management, one in which choices about who controls and benefts from industrial production are actively discussed.

In the National Strategy for Inner Areas included in the UE-Italy Partnership Agreement 2014-2020, improving accessibility is one of the priority axes of intervention, either as a lever of territorial cohesion, or a driver of economic development. In these areas, a still existing railroad,
even if abandoned or underused, may represent a strategic asset to
activate revitalization processes. On the other hand, innovative complementary services, including community transport, along with the availability of a smart platform to access them easily, may play an
important role in reducing car dependency among the locals and
attracting sustainable tourism. In the paper, the lesson learned from
some Italian and international good practices is put to use to
outline a comprehensive approach to the accessibility of inner areas,
using Garfagnana, in the Tuscan Apennines, as a case study.

This position paper offers an existing methodological approach —
appropriate internet technology (AIT) — as a guide to support cultural diversity in digital social innovation (DSI) processes. Its  premise is that the selection of technologies is a political act, as the decision to use a particular technology is inherently a  promotion of that system, and its associated material politics. AIT emerged from a study of the Australian community arts sector, where appropriate technology is based on identifying context specificities so that practitioners can critically assess technologies for the design and execution of sustainable community arts  projects. The paper argues that AIT has much to offer digital social innovation practices, situating it as a guide for the design of technologies that account for cultural diversity.

Dit rapport gaat over de mate waarin het lokale middenveld zich vernieuwt in de context van een snel veranderende maatschappij. Het rapport focust niet op één organisatie, maar op het lokale middenveld in één gemeente, namelijk in het Brusselse Molenbeek. Net zoals in veel grootstedelijke buurten deden zich in Molenbeek de voorbije decennia forse sociologische veranderingen voor, zoals immigratie, verarming en gentrificatie. Wat Molenbeek interessant maakt voor ons is dat het ons toelaat te analyseren hoe een lokaal middenveld zich organiseert in een achtergestelde, multiculturele en gestigmatiseerde grootstedelijke buurt. Ten eerste komt de impact van politiek-institutionele factoren zoals verzuiling en ontzuiling en de communautaire politiek in Brussel op het Molenbeekse sociale weefsel aan bod. Ten tweede is er aandacht voor de evolutie van Molenbeek van etnische enclave naar super-diverse buurt als factor van sociale (des)organisatie.

Business practices are often highlighted by development studies for their contribution to the resilience of the rural population. However, business contributing to rural development has to fulfill distinct characteristics and roles compared with urban counterparts. Commercial organizations that are solely targeting economic growth and lacking social aspects of development might not contribute to the overall sustainability of the region. This paper draws on three notions discussed in the literature-social innovations, sustainable rural development, and bridging organizations-to illustrate the relationship between business activities and rural capital. Two textile craft initiatives from rural India, Kala Raksha and Khamir, were investigated in order to trace the developmental roles and characteristics of business in rural. The research identifies a set of rural social innovations and elaborates on their five bridging roles contributing to the development of the region. Findings indicate that social innovations playing bridging roles have the potentials to contribute to the sustainability of rural enterprises and the development of the region.

Entre 2000 et 2018, la Fondation Lucie et André Chagnon (ci-après, Fondation) a connu de profondes transformations. Afin d’étudier son évolution historique, notre équipe de recherche, constituée de chercheurs du Centre de recherche sur les innovations sociales (CRISES) et du PhiLab, a réalisé deux études pour la Fondation. La première, lancée en 2011 et terminée en 2012, a centré son regard sur la période allant de 2000 à 2010. La deuxième étude, réalisée en 2018, a permis de couvrir la période s’étendant de 2009 à 2018. Le présent rapport présente les résultats de ces deux études.

The paper aims at analysing the role of social innovation processes within territorial de-velopment. Departing from a theoretical examination of the concept of social innovation, the analysis deals with the relations between socially innovative processes and territorial dy-namics. In particular, through the analysis of the case of Québec, characterized by a hetero-geneous network of socio-economic and institutional actors, the paper examines the mobili-zation of collective capacities and its consequences in terms of social change.

Social work education all over the world is reshaped within the framework of social entrepreneurship, social innovation, the use of information and communication technologies, role-play simulations of clients by actors, and simulation applications involving computer-based virtual reality. In social work simulation programs and applications prepared according to certain scenarios and cases, students may be expected to observe, to make certain decisions, to use professional skills, to measure empathic responding abilities and to evaluate the course of professional intervention methods while working with clients. On the other hand, although computer-based virtual reality simulations lack sincerity in face-to-face role-playing, they have some strong benefits in traditional prevention or intervention program formats. While accessing this technology has become easier in the world than ever, this is a dream not yet realized in Turkey in social work education presentation. Ultimately, this article aimed to direct social work educators to use simulation methodology and techniques. Fortunately, there are professionals and academicians who feel the need for revision of social work education in Turkey with new technological developments, understand the contribution of technological knowledge and communication, and advocate the use of social entrepreneurship, innovation and simulation techniques in education. ÖZET Dünyanın her yerinde sosyal hizmet eğitimi sosyal girişimcilik, sosyal yenilikçilik, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin kullanımı, müracaatçıların aktörler tarafından canlandırıldığı role-play simülasyonlar ve bilgisayar tandanslı sanal gerçeklik içeren simülasyon uygulamaları çerçevesinde yeniden şekillenmektedir. Practices and rhetorics of sharing. Operators of the sharing economic and forms of economic, social and normative innovation

The lack of a shared definition of «sharing» is a recurring subject in the academic literature. In this article sharing economy is investigated as an umbrella term that refers to social innovation experiences in the context of the economic crisis that began in 2007-2008. In this framework there was a convergence between several processes: technological (the development of web 2.0 and the availability of apps that disintermediate the relations between producers and consumers), socio-cultural (the emergence of new forms of collaboration based on trust) and economic (in the form of new markets for investors and professional opportunities for individuals and families distressed because of the crisis); this convergence created the premises for the development of the sharing economy as an industry and as a cultural phenomenon.
This contribution critically investigates the way industry operators are building, through their so- cial practices, an operational definition of sharing economy. The sample consists of 47 providers of goods/services belonging to 32 cases of sharing economy, interviewed with non-directive techniques in the frame of a national research that this special issue is devoted to.
The analysis of empirical material draws on the following research question: through what practices and discursive forms do the sharing economy operators shape the theme of sharing? The results highlight the emphasis of operators on the theme of trust as consumer motivation, while economic reasons are underestimated; their self-presentation as carriers of economic, social and normative in- novation; a fideistic attitude towards sharing as a force of socio-economic change; an ideological view of the sharing economy. Criticism in the sharing economy is raised by small-scale service providers, while large platform operators show an acritic attitude towards the many problematic issues related to the sharing economy (tension between relational and commercial aspects, regulation, injunction to share, quality of the innovation produced by the sharing economy).

This thesis explores the challenges and opportunities of cultural entrepreneurship, exploring current conceptualisations of cultural entrepreneurs and to find new perspectives and recommendations for cultural entrepreneurs of the future. Cultural entrepreneurship is a contested, yet essential aspect of the growth of artists and arts organisations globally. Though there are similarities, this research demonstrates that cultural entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, industries and of varied sizes need different things and have different barriers so cannot be understood in the same way. Digital technologies and local networks do offer new possibilities for innovation however these are limited in scope and require further investigation and investment. Despite psychological, political and financial barriers to entrepreneurship in the creative industries, finding a balance between artistic, social, economic and institutional innovation for the various actors throughout the arts offers key insights to how artists and arts organisations can be more entrepreneurial.

This paper reports co-design interventions with a rural community of practice at Inner Mongolia, who are keepers of a vernacular architecture practice dated back to 2000BC. The research aims to explore a social innovation model to achieve sustainable village regeneration in China. We report four days community engagements with tools and activities designed and implemented as a result of collaboration between three design researchers, local NGOs and the villagers. We describe interventions bases on a framework of co-design that envision and enact community's imagination for social innovation.
