Strategia de Tineret a Municipiului Târgu Jiu 2024-2030 este un document de planificare strategică ce conturează direcțiile și obiectivele de dezvoltare a politicilor pentru tineret la nivel municipal. Strategia analizează ecosistemul de tineret din Târgu Jiu, provocările și oportunitățile existente, oferind un set de soluții și scenarii pentru viitor. Documentul abordează politici educaționale, sociale, economice și culturale, fiind fundamentat pe studii și cercetări realizate la nivel local, național și internațional. Implementarea strategiei are în vedere implicarea activă a tinerilor, a organizațiilor neguvernamentale și a autorităților locale, creând astfel un cadru favorabil dezvoltării tinerilor și participării acestora în comunitate.

Just then virtual world, virtual community, virtual relationship; we have witnessed internet to begin to surround our life from everywhere. A new world has been formed in the cyber space and this world has continued to produce both identities and cultures of its citizens and units which would make it apparent. This world is a utopian kind place that there is no possibility to be found bodily and to live continuously in it and that its residents without body and identity visit it everyday. The young make up greatest visitors group of this quite funny cyber world being interrogated from various aspects and this young are now named as "the youth of the internet". In this study it is investigated a possibility of a profile of the youth of the internet.

In Fall 2007, the WDSG at the National Center on Education and the Economy received a grant from the Walmart Foundation to identify a set of quality indicators for Adult Education for Work-programs geared to helping low-skilled workers acquire the basic skills they need to succeed in the 21st-century workplace and to enhance U.S. rms' competitiveness. The purpose of identifying the elements of Adult Education for Work programs is to: (1) Inform the adult education eld and its practitioners about the key components of e ective programs; (2) Stimulate excellence and guide quality improvement in programming in support of Adult Education for Work; and (3) Steer new public and private investments into expanded and transformed programming.

The age of consumption as we have experienced it is coming to a turning point. Consumption is still very important, however: a pervasive process that concerns our lives, our present, as important as it goes to the point that it has almost obscured our future. One of the changes is that we are starting to perceive the territory itself as a place of consumption. A place where we feel good, can enjoy ourselves, use services and comforts, almost like we were tourists at home. These dynamics have relevant implications for economic development: as new economic sociology taught us, in fact, development has important social basis (culture, social capital, social conflicts etc.) showing the socially-embedded nature of market. The article presents a case study based on a survey carried out in the province of Savona. The area seems to choose present wellbeing rather then economic and industrial development. The failures of the past seems to weigh out so much that people considers industry and science as opportunities that can be profited only somewhere else.

Artikel ini membahas perjuangan pemuda Indonesia untuk menjadi Abdi Negara, mengingat peran penting mereka dalam mewujudkan kemajuan bangsa. Dengan karakter yang enerjik dan kreatif, pemuda sering menjadi pionir dalam melakukan perubahan sosial serta berkontribusi dalam proses politik. Penelitian ini mengkaji upaya konkret yang dilakukan pemuda, seperti keterlibatan dalam organisasi sosial dan politik, serta program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang memungkinkan mereka berkontribusi langsung dalam pembangunan masyarakat. Namun, perjuangan ini dihadapkan pada tantangan kompleks seperti budaya konsumerisme, akses pendidikan yang terbatas, dan birokrasi yang menghambat. Melalui tinjauan literatur, artikel ini menegaskan bahwa pemuda bukan hanya memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap masyarakat, tetapi juga harus memahami isu-isu sosial dan lingkungan untuk menjalankan peran mereka sebagai Abdi Negara. Upaya kolaboratif dari berbagai pihak diperlukan untuk meningkatkan peran serta pemuda dalam proses pembangunan dan pelayanan publik di Indonesia.

Eğitim, öğretim ve mesleki gelişim faaliyetleri günümüzün hızla
gelişen ve değişen dünyasında bireylerin şekillenmesinde ve başarılı bir
geleceğe hazırlanmasında çok önemli rol oynamaktadır. Bununla birlikte
nüfusun önemli bir kısmı “ne istihdamda ne de örgün eğitim-öğretimde
veya yaygın mesleki eğitimde” olan gençlerden (NEET) oluşmaktadır.
Genellikle 15 ila 24 yaşları arasındaki bu bireyler, eğitim fırsatlarına
veya iş piyasasına erişimde çeşitli engellerle karşılaşmaktadır. Genç
insan kaynağının işgücü piyasası dışında kalması ve aynı zamanda
eğitim, öğrenim veya mesleki yetiştirmede yer almaması ekonomik ve
sosyal refah kaybıyla birlikte toplumsal huzur ve güvenlik açısından risk
oluşturmaktadır. Bireylerin kişisel ve profesyonel gelişimlerini sağlayan
eğitim veya işgücü dışında olmaları, istihdam edilebilirlik beklentilerini
ve gelecekteki kazanç potansiyellerini de olumsuz etkilemektedir. Bu
çalışmada hem bireyler hem de toplum için önemli sonuçları olan, ne
istihdamda ne de örgün ve yaygın eğitim-öğretimde olmayan gençlerin
(NEET) genel durumuna ilişkin bir perspektif çizilecektir. TÜİK ve
EUROSTAT verileri ışığında Türkiye’de NEET bireylerin genel bir durum
değerlendirilmesi yapılarak karşılaştıkları zorluklar ve olası NEET olma
nedenleri ve bu sorunun, Türküye Cumhuriyetinin ikinci yüzyılına
girerken çözümü için gerekli politika önerilerinden bahsedilecektir.

In this paper (amended and more developed one from 15 years ago) Nikić, contrary to many layers of uncritical approaches about the "Amazons" as a bizarre, legendary tribe of women warriors from different parts of the world, finds their true origin and meaning of the name. He reveals the
linguistic and historical foundations of a radically different interpretation. Based on a meticulous analysis (language exegesis, historical evidence and documents…), the author proves the indisputable connection between Serbs/Slavs and Amazons, proving that the history of Serbs/Slavs
can be reliably moved back several millennia.
The paper is an excerpt from the book ЗЛАТНО СЕМЕ [Golden Seed] ( N. Sad, 2022) in which he clarifies many etymological enigmas from Sanskrit and the Serbian languages, confirming their genetic closeness.

Outline the characteristics of marginalized groups and illustrate how social development interventions can empower these groups to improve their lives and their communities. The involvement of communities and government is essential for success.

Στην μεγάλη συζήτηση για τον ρόλο του σχολείου γίνεται αναφορά στην ευθύνη του να  δημιουργήσει πολίτες-εθελοντές και πολίτες με ικανότητες να επιλύουν προβλήματα και να αντιμετωπίζουν αποτελεσματικά καθημερινές καταστάσεις. Παρόλο που αυτή είναι η πρόθεση των προγραμμάτων σπουδών, στο σχολείο σήμερα υπάρχει διάσταση μεταξύ λόγων και έργων. Από τους στόχους των προγραμμάτων σπουδών ικανοποιούνται μόνο οι γνωστικοί, ενώ περιθωριοποιούνται οι  στόχοι που αφορούν την καλλιέργεια δεξιοτήτων και στάσεων. Αυτοί, για να επιτευχθούν, πρέπει να συνοδεύονται από τις αντίστοιχες δραστηριότητες που θα εισαγάγουν τον μαθητή βιωματικά στην έννοια του ενεργού πολίτη.  Έχοντας συνειδητοποιήσει το έλλειμμα αυτό, δημιουργήσαμε το 2013 και συντονίσαμε επί σειρά ετών, στο πλαίσιο λειτουργίας των Εκπαιδευτικών Ομίλων στα Πρότυπα Πειραματικά Σχολεία, τον «Όμιλο Εθελοντισμού “Μαθητές εν δράσει”».Επρόκειτο για μία καινοτόμο δράση που στόχο είχε: α. την εξοικείωση των μαθητών με τις έννοιες του εθελοντισμού και της προσφοράς εθελοντικής εργασίας, β. την ανάδειξη του προτύπου του ενεργού πολίτη. Η ίδρυση, η λειτουργία και το έργο του Ομίλου είναι το θέμα του άρθρου, που δημοσιεύτηκε ως εισήγηση στον Νέο Παιδαγωγό, το 2015.

Το παρόν κείμενο εξετάζει την έννοια της διαγενεακής μάθησης, δίνοντας έμ-φαση στη διάσταση της επαφής μεγαλύτερων και μικρότερων μελών της ευρύτερης κοινότητας που δεν έχουν συγγενικές σχέσεις. Επίσης, αναλύονται τα οφέλη της διαγενεακής επικοινωνίας, τα διαφορετικά επίπεδα διαγενεακής εμπλοκής, και τα είδη διαγενεακών συνεργειών που αναπτύσσονται μεταξύ κοινωνικών και εκπαιδευτικών δομών, όπως οι δομές φροντίδας ηλικιωμένων και οι παιδικοί σταθμοί. Στη συνέχεια, αναδεικνύεται η δυνατότητα επέκτασης αυτών των συνεργειών ώστε να συμπεριλάβουν τα μουσεία και τους χώρους πολιτισμικής αναφοράς, που τα τελευταία χρόνια δραστηριοποιούνται όλο και περισσότερο με προγράμματα για άτομα άνω των 65 ετών, αλλά και προγράμματα για βρέφη και πολύ μικρά παιδιά, ενώ ο στόχος της προώθησης της ψυχικής και κοινωνικής ευημερίας έχει τεθεί ως σημαντική προτεραιότητα στην ατζέντα τους. Προτείνεται η ιδέα δημιουργίας ενός δικτύου διαγενεακής παιδαγωγικής σε επίπεδο τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης, που θα διασυνδέει τους παιδικούς σταθμούς, τα ΚΑΠΗ ή τις Λέσχες Φιλίας και τα μουσεία, τις βιβλιοθήκες και τους εκθεσιακούς χώρους που διαθέτουν πολλοί δήμοι. Οι χώροι αυτοί έχουν την προοπτική να αποτελέσουν έναν πολύτιμο πόρο αυθεντικής μάθησης μέσα στην κοινότητα για την υλοποίηση στρατηγικών διαγενεακής παιδαγωγικής, αφού μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως ένα σταθερό σημείο συνάντησης για τις διαφορετικές γενεές, όπως και να δια-θέσουν τις συλλογές τους και το πλούσιο εποπτικό υλικό που παράγουν για τον σχεδιασμό διαγενεακών δραστηριοτήτων αμοιβαία επωφελών για όλους τους συμμετέχοντες. Το κείμενο ολοκληρώνεται με καλές πρακτικές και προτάσεις προς την κατεύθυνση αυτή.

The purpose of this annual monitoring report is to give an overview of the political, social and economic participation of youth in Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey through a unique set of indicators.

Youth Participation Index was developed by the Youth Hub Western Balkan and Turkey Network of youth organizations (YHWBT Network). The network is coordinated by Foundation Ana and Vlade Divac from Serbia and implemented in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development from Albania, Youth Alliance - Krusevo from North Macedonia, NGO Prima from Montenegro and Community Volunteers Foundation from Turkey (TOG). The idea was to create a concrete tool that can be used by public authorities and civil society organizations to systematically identify and address the most pressing challenges in youth participation in Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey. Regular publishing of the Youth Participation Index aims to:
✓ Improve the practice of using data as a reliable base for any decision
concerning youth;
✓ Compare countries according to key indicators of youth participation
in all three dimensions: political, economic and social;
✓ Monitor progress in youth participation through the years in
respective countries;
✓ Provide a practical tool for decision-makers, youth organizations and
other stakeholders that supports the implementation of policies and
programs aimed at the improvement of youth participation.

The Youth Participation Index was developed as a concrete tool for decision-making on policies
and programs affecting youth. Policymakers, youth organizations, and other advocates for youth
issues can use the index to gauge the current state and areas for improvement. Looking back to
2016, when the Youth Participation Index was first created, regular development and publishing of the
Index have enabled us to monitor progress in youth participation in respective countries through
the years. Each of the participating countries, Albania, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, and
Turkey, has its own pattern of progress and challenges. YPI enables comparison between them with
the aim of identifying common challenges and possible solutions.

The aim of our research is to study the dynamics of the influence that students' leisure practices in Sverdlovsk region have on the formation of modern students' values. The object of the empirical analysis is music and theatre as forms of multi-faceted socio-cultural influence. With regard to the interdependence of the two forms and resorting to concrete empirical evidence, the authors demonstrate a change in the importance of students' leisure within the context of modern Russian education, as well as the emergence of a new function of leisure, which consists in the formation of general cultural competences and world views of future professionals. The paper emphasizes the role and the importance of student leisure practices for society and hence, a necessity of their thorough study with the aim to develop a consistent cultural policy. The authors cite the results of their monitoring sessions, which reveal leisure preferences, notions and beliefs of modern students in higher educational establishments of Sverdlovsk region; the findings also dismiss the myth about a low demand for world and national classical works. As concerns the conscious choice of artworks, students reveal an increased level of reflection in those of them that aim to rectify the ills of society. The student becomes the actor of society, which is also reflected in his/her leisure preferences. As concerns the formation of societal values, the student is changing the role of the driven for the role of the driver, and the prefigurative model of socialization comes into play.

Проведений аналіз соціальних і культурних змін, реакції споживачів на трансформації в музичній індустрії дозволив знайти ключ до розуміння ситуації. Розглянуто музичну індустрію не тільки як соціокультурний феномен, але як і значущий соціальний інструмент, який використовується при описі нових життєвих форм, що виникають в результаті множинних структурних диференціацій сучасного соціального світу. Her sosyal bilimcinin ilgi duyduğu ve merak ettiği toplumsal olaylar farklılık gösterir. İlgime ve merakıma yönelik yaptığım bu çalışmanın arka planında birçok kişinin katkıları bulunmaktadır. Konu seçimimde serbestlik sağlayıp aynı zamanda fikirlerini esirgemeyerek yardımcı olan kıymetli hocam Dr. Öğr. Üyesi M. Το κίνημα #ΜeΤoo ξεκίνησε με ένα κύμα αποκαλύψεων και αφηγήσεων βιωμένων εμπειριών θυμάτων σεξουαλικών εγκλημάτων. Παράλληλα, πυροδότησε (αντι)δράσεις και δυναμικές κινητοποιήσεις ενάντια σε κατεστημένα στερεότυπα και αμφισβήτησε εμπεδωμένες πεποιθήσεις για τις έμφυλες διακρίσεις. Στην εισήγηση παρουσιάζονται διαπιστώσεις μιας έρευνας με συνεντεύξεις σε ενήλικες γυναίκες, για τον αντίκτυπο του #ΜeΤoo στις απόψεις τους, την επίδρασή του στις κοινωνικές τους σχέσεις και τις εκτιμήσεις τους για όψεις της
έμφυλης βίας και του σεξισμού στη κοινωνία μας. Με την παραδοχή ότι αξίες και πεποιθήσεις είναι κοινωνικά κατασκευασμένες, η έρευνα εστιάζεται στον αναστοχασμό των κοινωνικών φαινομένων για την κατανόηση των εμπειριών πατριαρχίας και έμφυλων ανισοτήτων. Από
αυτή την οπτική, το κίνημα #MeToo λειτούργησε ως μορφή «δημόσιας παιδαγωγικής», μιας άτυπης δηλαδή, εκπαιδευτικής διαδικασίας, η οποία αναπτύσσεται εκτός των θεσμοθετημένων εκπαιδευτικών δομών. Με αυτή την έννοια διαφαίνονται κοινοί τόποι της δημόσιας
παιδαγωγικής με τις συναφείς θεωρίες μάθησης και των κοινωνικών προσεγγίσεων της εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων.

Tässä kirjoituksessa pohditaan, miten eurooppalaiset hyvinvointiregiimit selittävät nuorten demokratia-asenteiden ja poliittisen toiminnan määrän ja luonteen muutoksia näiden kriisien kontekstissa. Demokratia-asenteiden ja poliittisen toiminnan yhteyksien rinnalla arvioidaan nuorten kansalaisten arvomaailman -toiseuteen ja monikulttuurisuuteen liittyvien asenteiden -muutosta ja merkitystä talouskriisien luomien riskien keskellä. Kysymyksenasettelun taustalla on havainto, että myös nuoret reagoivat voimakkaasti talousahdinkoihin. Taloudelliset suhdannemuutokset välittyvät lyhytaikaisen kipuilun ohella myös pysyvämpänä uutena poliittisena toimintana tai kyynisyytenä (Kern ym. 2015). Poliittisen osallistumisen tutkimuksessa on laajasti hyväksytty nämä talouden mykät pakot ja vaikutukset, ja usein myös poliittisesti herkät tunnerekisterit liitetään tähän tulkintaan kansalaisten resurssien lisäksi (Norris 2002, 19-30; vrt. Simon 2012, 11-14). Refleksiivisen tai protestoivan ja populistisen nuorison tai uusien yhteiskunnallisten liikkeiden tai demokratiakyynisten reaktioiden sitominen tiukkaan institutionaaliseen tai virallisten poliittisten voimien tarkastelupiiriin on hankalaa, vaikka on totta, että nuorisolla on suhteensa myös demokratian institutionaalisiin rakenteisiin (vrt. mt., 24-30). Tässä artikkelissa näitä institutionaalisia tekijöitä -joihin hyvinvointiregiimien käsite paljon sitoutuu -pohditaan juuri nuorten demokratian arvioinnin ja poliittisen aktiivisuuden näkökulmasta ja sitä kautta arvioidaan viiden hyvinvointiregiimin selitysvoimaa.

This research paper investigates the multifaceted Relation between Empowered women and Sustainable Development in developing nations. Through a comparative analysis of policies and practices across various countries, the study aims to elucidate the ways in which empowering women contributes to the attainment of sustainable development goals. Drawing on a diverse range of literature and empirical evidence, the paper examines the impact of women's empowerment on key areas such as economic growth, environmental sustainability, social equity, and community resilience. Additionally, the paper explores the challenges and opportunities associated with implementing women-centric policies and initiatives in different cultural, political, and socioeconomic contexts. By synthesizing insights from case studies and statistical data, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the pivotal role that women play in driving sustainable development agendas worldwide.

ولتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد تم توزيع 384 استمارة استقصاء بشکل إلکتروني وورقي على عينة عشوائية من العاملين بالبنوک محل الدراسة.
  وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر معنوي لإنترنت الأشياء في خلق وتعزيز إدارة معرفة العملاء بالبنوک محل الدراسة، وأنه توجد علاقة ارتباط بين المتغيرين، کما تم التوصل إلى أن البنوک التجارية العامة في مصر لا زالت لم تستفيد من التطبيقات الإدارية والتسويقية لإنترنت الأشياء بشکل کامل وخصوصا فيما يتعلق  بإدارة معرفة العملاء.
  کما أنه تم التوصل إلى أن إدارة معرفة العملاء المستندة على جودة المعلومات تعتبر أحد المزايا التنافسية للبنوک التجارية العامة لو تم إستخدامها بمفهومها الکامل والصحيح، حيث أنه من خلال أنظمة إدارة معرفة العملاء يمکن تنظيم قاعدة بيانات تسهل من عملية البحث والاسترجاع ونشر المعرفة بين جميع العاملين ، عن العملاء.
وقد اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة في شکل خطة عمل لدعم فهم وإستخدام تکنولوجيا وتطبيقات إنترنت الأشياء مما يساهم في خلق وتعزيز إدارة معرفة العملاء بالبنوک محل الدراسة .

La città universitaria più antica d'Europa, Bologna ha una lunghissima storia della presenza studentesca come una forma della “cittadinanza temporanea” all’interno dei suoi confini. I modi in cui gli studenti abitano la città, sia nella sfera pubblica che in quella domestica, formano e sono formati da questa cultura urbana. Questo contributo esplora il tessuto infraordinario della vita quotidiana studentesca a Bologna attraverso un lavoro sul campo etnografico.

Darbo aktualumas. Komunikavimas neatsiejama kasdienės veiklos dalis. Nesvarbu ar tai būtų tarpasmeninė dviejų ţmonių, ar komunikacija tarp valstybės ir jos piliečio-komunikavimui skiriama svarbi vieta gyvenime. Nei viena valstybė negalėtų egzistuoti be tam tikrų valdančiųjų struktūrų, teisinės bazės, politikos, įvairių valdymo procesų administravimo, komunikacinių procesų-visi šie elementai priklauso viešajam sektoriui. Viešojo sektoriaus sąvoka apima tiek viešųjų institucijų veiklos rūšis, tiek ir sprendimų priėmimą ir įgyvendinimą tose institucijose. Viešasis sektorius apima įvairias institucijas, kurias pasitelkus priimami ir įgyvendinami sprendimai įvairių rūšių interesų atţvilgiu. Visgi neuţtenka vien tik turėti sistemą ir ją saistančius įstatymus, tam, kad efektyviai ši sistema funkcionuotų, būtina laikytis tam tikrų reikalavimų, vienas jų-komunikavimo skaidrumas. Skaidrumas padeda sukurti aiškius ir teisingus santykius tarp įvairių tarpusavyje sąveikaujančių grupių, pelnyti ir palaikyti pasitikėjimą bei reputaciją, garantuoja palankumą bei palaikymą. Neabejotinai skaidrumas svarbus įvairiose sferose, o ypatingai viešajame sektoriuje. Nes visuomenė iš viešojo sektoriaus įstaigų tikisi atsakomybės, sąţiningumo bei atskaitomybės-o tai, skaidrumo sąvokai artimi sinonimai. Viešojo sektoriaus komunikacija-maţai tirtas reiškinys, informacijos šia tema aptinkama maţai, ji pavienė, nesisteminga, šios srities tyrimų taip pat labai nedaug. Šiek tiek daugiau kalbama apie ryšių su visuomene vaidmenį viešajame sektoriuje, komunikacijos specialistų vaidmenį bei trikdţius, kurie įtakoja sektoriaus efektyvumą. Galima daryti prielaidą, kad komunikaciniams, kaip ir kitiems viešojo sektoriaus procesams, taip pat keliami aukšti reikalavimai, komunikacija reglamentuojama teisinių normų, saistoma taisyklių. Neabejotinai čia svarbus ir skaidrumo vaidmuo, nes komunikacija viešajame sektoriuje yra ta grandis, kuri jungia valdančiuosius ir visuomenę. Skaidri komunikacija yra demokratinės valstybės pagrindas. Pastaruoju metu daţnai minimas viešojo sektoriaus skaidrumas, procesų atvirumas, sprendimų priėmimo viešumas, akcentuojama komunikacijos svarba, tačiau kyla pagrįstas klausimas-kiek realiai yra paisoma skaidrumo reikalavimų viešojo sektoriaus komunikacijoje, ar komunikacija atitinka jai keliamus skaidrumo reikalavimus. Todėl šio darbo tikslas-ištirti, kiek skaidri yra viešojo sektoriaus komunikacija. Darbo objektas-skaidrumas viešojo sektoriaus organizacijų komunikacijoje. Darbo uždaviniai: Apibrėţti viešojo sektoriaus sampratą bei veiklos specifiką; Išsiaiškinti viešajam sektoriui būdingus komunikacinės veiklos aspektus, naudojamas 7 komunikacijos priemones; Apibrėţti, kas tai yra skaidrumas, nustatyti koks jo santykis su viešojo sektoriaus įstaigų komunikacija. Darbe naudoti tyrimo metodai. Pirmoji darbo dalis skirta pagrindinių darbo sampratų išsiaiškinimui, jų analizei, todėl naudojamas kokybinės turinio analizės metodas. Antrojoje darbo dalyje atliekamas tyrimas, naudojamas ekspertinio interviu bei apklausos raštu tyrimo metodai. Darbo struktūra. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje pateikiama teorinės medţiagos analizė. Remiantis įvairiais šaltiniais, siekiama išsiaiškinti, kas yra ir kaip veikia viešasis sektorius, kokios jo atliekamos funkcijos, kokie reikalavimai keliami, taip pat kalbama apie viešojo administravimo esmę bei jo pokyčius pastaraisiais dešimtmečiais. Aptariamos viešojo sektoriaus publikos, jų tarpusavio santykis. Vadovaujantis kitų autorių darbais bei atliktų tyrimų rezultatais, siekiama atskleisti šio sektoriaus komunikacijos ypatumus, jos ribojimus bei kitą problematiką. Pateikiami komunikavimo modeliai, kurie paaiškina, kaip veikia komunikaciniai procesai viešajame sektoriuje. Išskiriama ryšių su visuomene veikla, kuri formuojasi ilgus dešimtmečius, kol pasiekia dabartinę situaciją. Aptariami komunikacijos kanalai bei priemonės. Toliau nagrinėjimas komunikacijos ir skaidrumo santykis, kokią įtaką ir reikšmę jis turi viešajam sektoriui, kaip pasireiškia komunikaciniuose procesuose. Tyrimo metu siekiama atskleisti pagrindinį darbo tikslą ir kalbantis su kompetentingais asmenimis aiškinamasi, kokią reikšmę viešojo sektoriaus komunikacijai turi skaidrumas, kaip yra iškomunikuojamas įstaigos atvirumas. Vėliau darbe pateikiamos išvados, įţvalgos bei rekomendacijos. Darbe naudota literatūra. Daugiausia remtasi uţsienio šalių teoretikų, mokslininkų darbais, nes lietuvių autorių ar literatūros lietuvių kalba šia tema tikrai stinga, sritis maţai tirta, maţai nagrinėta. Darbe remtasi šių lietuvių autorių darbais: Raipos, Backūnaitės, Ginevičiaus, Sūdţiaus, Ulevičiaus, Puškoriaus. Taip pat naudotasi šių uţsienio šalių autorių literatūra: Fairbanks, Lane, Pandey, Garnett. Darbo mokslinė vertė. Darbas gali būti naudingas asmenims, kurie domisi viešojo sektoriaus komunikacija bei skaidrumo situacija: studentams, asmenims, kurie siekia atlikti išsamesnius šios srities tyrimus, komunikacijos specialistams.

Ugyanilyen jó szervezéssel javulhatnának a magyarok statisztikái a szív- és érrendszeri megbetegedések terén. Ugyanígy apadhatna a nemzeti sörpocak, nőhetne a nemzeti tüdőkapacitás, javulhatna a magyarok állóképessége. Ehhez szervezett és okos közösségi sportstratégia kellene, ami újabb stadionok építése helyett az állampolgárok mozgásba lendítését szolgálná.

Opinnäyteytyön tavoitteena oli selvittää, millaisia sosiaalisen vaikuttavuuden tarinoita Suomen Punaisen Ristin Nuorten turvatalotoiminnasta syntyy. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli toimia Nuorten turvatalojen tutkivan ja kehittävän työskentely- ja johtamistavan osana. Opinnäytetyön tekijä osallistui tutkimusprosessin aikana Nuorten turvatalojen sosiaalisten vaikutusten -työryhmän kokouksiin. Teoreettinen viitekehys koostui sosiaalisen vaikuttavuuden teorioista. Lisäksi teoriaosuudessa käsitellään ehkäisevää lastensuojelua ja työn arviointia sekä kehittämistä sosiaalialalla. Tutkimusaineisto koostui vuonna 2016 laaditun sosiaalisten vaikutusten tutkimuksen avoimista vastauksista. Tutkmusmenetelmäksi valikoituivat sisällön- ja narratiivien analyysi. Aineistossa oli vastauksia yhteensä noin 2000. Aineistoa tiivistettiin usealla kierroksella. Tiivistetystä aineistosta muodostettiin kaikkien vastaajaryhmien yhteiset ydintarinat. , 119 Pages When we focus on the meaning of the province and the center in the historical process, the importance of these concepts in terms of political and social structure emerges. These concepts, which seem to be against each other, but embrace each other, constitute one of the important foundations of the social field. The youth category, which is one of the categories in the province, besides being an age category, has also been one of the important determinants of the political and social field. The university, as the temporal and spatial interval in which the youth coincides in terms of education, turns into an appealing area due to the freedom and scientific connotations it contains. The relative autonomy provided by university education provides young people with extracurricular, in other words, free time. Although young people studying at provincial universities benefit from the autonomy opportunities provided by higher education, they are restricted in different ways in the university conditions determined by the province based on their own dynamics. These limitations become visible when the opportunities and transformation capacity of the youth meet with the social structure of the province. The temporal divisions determined by the capitalist production relations show themselves as class time and extracurricular time in the field of education. Considering the conditions that determine the preferability of the province universities, it is seen that the way students spend their free time, which is their extracurricular time, is affected by these conditions. The scientific, cultural and social conditions of the province city and the province university are also determinative in spending leisure time.
