System Introduction
It is the website of a college which will provide result about the students to their respective
parents and those who are interested to look
With the help of this system it will be easier to teacher as well as parents of the students to
gather results of students. Most of the parents feel awkward to gather their children’s
report because of the low marks so this will solve their problem.
2. Introduction of the organization

Everest college is a +2 Management College which is located in Golkopakha, Thamel .
Everest College of Multiple Studies was established in 1997 A.D. and is affiliated to Higher
Secondary Education Board for plus two level and Tribhuvan University for bachelor level
.College has reputation of producing excellent results in the recent years. For that, it has been
awarded as well. Everest College of Multiple Studies has a library with text books, research
journals and magazines. Computer labs are managed and of high configurations.
Objectives of the study

 To provide the result through digital media.
 To implement the use of digital information.
 To save time and make easy to parents and teachers
3. Problem
The problem of the College was that some students would not show their results to their
parents. And some parents even knowing they would not come to pick the report of their
child showing some reasons and blame college for bad teaching
4.Methodology
A methodology is a model, for the planning, designing, building, implementing and
achieving the project objectives.
4.1 Data and Information
Data and information will be collected in systematic manner from various
sources . The methods used for the collection of data and information are :-
4.1.1 Primary Sources

4.1.1.1 Direct observation:
The Organization was observed personally in the working environment to know its actual
performance and gather the data
4.1.1.2 Interviews
The research is based on the formal interview done in Everest Multiple college with the
direct interview taken with the Principal Mr. Bishnu Prasad Acharya .
4.1.2 Secondary Sources

The secondary sources used to collect the information about the school included social
networking sites like Facebook , websites
.
4.2 Project Framework
Project framework is a combination of process , tasks , and tools used to transition a project
from beginning to end.The project framework refers to the structure of the report and can be
classified into four different phrases . They are :

5 Requirement Analysis
At this stage the information about the required and existing sites are analyzed to
differentiate the user and system requirements . The identified requirements can be
categorized into functional and non-functional requirements.
5.1 Functional requirements
Functional requirements define a function of a system or its components. It includes:-

 Admin post and update results.
 Students/Parents view results.
 Send notification to parents about the results.
5.2 Non-functional requirements

A non-functional requirement defines the quality attribute of a software system. They
represent a set of standards used to judge the specific operation of a system. It includes:-
 It is a fast process more than receiving reports from college
 It is reliable and safe.
6 Proposed Design
This part of the project consists of all the work performed from the very beginning, sketching
of the outcomes of the project to successfully designing of the project.
7 Tools used
During the development of proposal report different tools are used. The tools that are used
are as follows:
 Microsoft Word for documentation
The Microsoft word is used for softcopy documentation of the project. All the document
design and numerations were done by using Microsoft Word
 Google Chrome as browser

Google Chrome is used collect the information and for research purpose from different
websites.
8 Expected Outcome
A fully functioning website showing result of students of +2 to the students and parents .
