    At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

    1. To perform the Various Axial Movements,


    2. To know the importance of Various Axial Movements.

    Materials: Marker, Powerpoint Presentation

    III. TEACHING PROCEDURE

    A. Preparatory Activities

    1. Routinary Activities
    - Prayer
    - Greetings
    - Checking of the attendance

    2. Motivation

    The teacher will show basic stretching to the students.

    B. Presentation
     Show criteria that must be observed during their performance.

    C. Application
     The students will share about what they have learned performing
    the activity.
