social skills.

never in short supply.

his feelings.

on his job.

III. Recommendations
After summarizing the case with the proper suggested ACAs, we strongly
recommend ACA No. 1 – Wilson Reyes should partake in a workshop specifically
for social skills.
Advantages
● Wilson will be able to get couching from professionals
● Wilson will be able to socialize with people who are fellow introverts like him
● He will be able to receive a certificate after completion, to show to his
employer
Disadvantages
● Educational workshop are expensive
● Possibly not being able to apply the things he has learn in the work shop, to
real life situations
● He might be having a hard time balancing his time for this workshop and to
his job and also to his personal life.
Attending workshop will greatly help Wilson even though it would be expensive.
According to research, socialization increases motivation among employees. Generally,
when employees socialize in an organization, it allows them to shape the way they view
work habits, teamwork, and sharing of information, which are all significant factors for a
growing business. When attending the workshop, he will be guided by professionals in
step-by-step process improving himself to be a better as an individual and employee.
There he can meet various type of people with different occupations, status and even in
rank where he would be given opportunity to develop his empathy and other concerns in
socializing. Even if introverts, like Wilson may enjoy being alone, they are seeking ways
to open up and improve.
