Job Purpose
Are you looking to work in an exciting influencer-powered social commerce company that gives you an

meaningful? Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager
to join their team. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing
new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the
company.

Role and Responsibilities


● Identify and target potential clients and business partners through market research and industry
networking
● Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales
processes, structure, and best practices across the company to achieve revenue targets
● Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids
and proposals
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and
follow-up to achieve long-term partnerships
● Identify, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
● Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
● Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

Skills and Qualifications


● 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field
● Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its evolving landscape
● Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
● Proven track record of generating new B2B sales and driving revenue growth
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Ability to think creatively and develop innovative campaigns
● Strong negotiation and closing skills
● Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
● High degree of integrity and professionalism
● Can do attitude and boldness is key
● Having excellent networks is an added advantage
