    MID YEAR ASSESSMENT 2024

    Date: 16/7/2024

    By 31/7/2024 - 1st draft of the assessment papers and marking schemes to be


    sent out to the checker and vetter.
    By 2/8/2024 - 2nd draft of the assessment papers and marking schemes to be
    sent out to the checker and vetter.
    By 8/8/2024 - Assessment papers & marking scheme vetted & approved by
    respective School Coordinators.
    - Submit to the Assessment Coordinator for compilation.
    - All assessment papers printed and ready at the resource room
    By 15/8/2024 by Admin Staff.
    - Teachers check through the assessment papers and prepare
    assessment control sheets according to classes.
    16/8/2024 – 22/8/2024 - Mid-Year Assessment 2024
    - Subject teachers to discuss assessment scripts with students &
    By 2/9/2024 key in marks.
    - Results Analysis Form to be completed as well.
    - No editing of marks after 2/9/2024
    By 5/9/2024 - Class teachers to check and prepare Progress Report.
    By 10/9/2024 - Submission of Progress Report to the Principal office.
    13/9/2024 - Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC)
    27/9/2024 - Class teachers to contact parents who did not attend PTC

    NOTICE

    1. Prepare assessment paper(s) AND adhere to the timeline.


    2. The revision scope of the assessment will be released to students on 26/7/2024.
    3. The Mid-Year Assessment Timetable will be released to students on 2/8/2024.
    4. School Coordinators are to check thoroughly completed assessment papers.
    5. All teachers, please be advised on the above accordingly and acknowledge this memo. Thank
    you.
