Group Performance Task

Instructions:
• This performance task requires students to develop a comprehensive quality assurance plan for a local
or international business that went bankrupt or filed for a bankruptcy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• The goal is to revitalize the business by implementing strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and
customer satisfaction.

Assessment Criteria:
• Comprehensive Plan: The quality assurance plan should address all relevant areas, including
forecasting,inventory, supply chain, project management, and process improvement.
• Feasibility: The plan should be realistic and achievable within the constraints of the business's
resources and capabilities.
• Innovation: The plan should demonstrate innovative thinking and creative solutions to address the
challenges faced by the bankrupt business.
• Customer Focus: The plan should prioritize customer satisfaction and address the needs of the target
market.
• Sustainability: The plan should consider the long-term sustainability of the business and its ability to
thrive in a competitive market.

Evaluation Process
• Objective Assessment: Evaluate each student's presentation based on the established criteria,
avoiding personal bias or prejudice.
• Consistent Application: Apply the evaluation criteria consistently across all students to ensure
fairness.
• Provide Constructive Feedback: Always ensure to offer constructive feedback on the student's
presentation, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement.
• Record Evaluation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of each student's evaluation, including
scores and comments.
• Address Concerns: Be available to address any concerns or questions from students regarding their
evaluations
• Contextual Factors: Consider the specific context of the quality assurance plan and the challenges
faced by the student.
• Level of Difficulty: Adjust the evaluation criteria based on the complexity of the project or student's
level of experience.
• Group Presentations: If students are working in groups, ensure to evaluate each student's individual
contribution and participation
