Am 23. Februar sind Bundestagswahlen. Bitte, wenn Ihr eine Wahlberechtigung habt, nutzt Eure Stimme. Das ist wichtiger denn je. Ich verstehe, dass einem vielleicht keine Partei so hundertprozentig zuspricht, aber in einer Demokratie ist Wählen die bequemste und sogleich mit einflussreichste Sache, die man machen kann und sollte.

Ihr könnt den Wahl-O-Mat oder den Real-O-Mat machen und bitte, bitte lest Euch die einzelnen Programme der Parteien durch. Lasst uns verhindern, dass Rechtsextremismus noch salonfähiger wird, als er es leider eh schon geworden ist in den letzten Jahren.

Bitte sprecht Euch dagegen aus, wenn Menschen in Eurem Umfeld rassistische, sexistische, queerfeindliche, diskriminierende Aussagen tätigen. Ich weiß leider aus eigener Erfahrung, wie übel anstrengend das sein kann, aber wir dürfen den Hass nicht gewinnen lassen. Liebe ist immer stärker als Hass.

I relied on your affection completely. I know we haven't parted on a good note, but I hope that with this letter I can explain my actions.

At first I didn’t want to be in a relationship, I had decided that I just wanted to have fun in my last year in college. When I saw you at that party, you looked so beautiful and I knew I had to have you. But when I tried to charm you, you gave that look of yours, the one you do when you're disgusted. Right at that moment, I fell in love with you. And besides what I've done and what I've said, I've always loved you, more than I even loved myself, more that I've ever loved life.

My biggest mistake was idealizing us. “That's not how it works,” you always said that. I should've listened. I was too passionate, too jealous and too hotheaded. I was also too carefree and didn't care at the right time. I made scenes and embarrassed you, but I loved you, I still love you.

I've never told you but I had a ring, I wanted to ask you to marry me before we broke up. I still think you will be the only woman I'll love enough to marry.
