Yup! If it wasn't clear already, GB!4 and GB!3 are not in love! This doesn't meant they aren't close though. They have their own little complicated, but tightly-woven relationship. They are like this tangly, ugly knot that won't ever be solved.

Seeing Eternity!3 and Eternity!4 together would make them very very uncomfortable. But they would shake it off by reminding themselves that they are still different people, separate from their counterparts. This helps them cope.

GB!4 would at least try to understand it. He's the least bit curious. Not so much how Eternity!4 fell for Eternity!3, but he wants to know what Eternity!4 did to make Eternity!3 fall for him. ...Definitely not for nefarious purposes.

GB!3 thinks that falling in love with SMG4 is very dangerous and stupid. He would be very vocal about his disapproval of his other self's choices in marriage. wishes the best for Eternity!3, and hopes that Eternity!4 treats him well.

Also!

In a multiverse full of SMG34 this, SMG34 that...

They would feel very alone and very horrified and disgusted.

Sure, they also feel special that they are one of the few variants of themselves that AREN'T together, but mostly horrified.
