hi all! i thought since ive been gaining some followers with my disco elysium metas, i'd make a proper introductory post:
seamus - (he/him) - 21 . big fan of reading literature and teaching about it. please ask me about my thesis on the queer hard-boiled detective revival literature of the AIDS crisis
interests:
- detectives of all shapes and sizes (my area of study is the hard-boiled era but i also have a huge soft spot for anything based off of it, i.e., the dave brandstetter books)
- pop culture (especially pulp fiction) of early-mid 1900s america
- literary theory, criticism, analysis, and academia
- disco elysium lately
- muppets, occasionally!
- a bit of fallout--i've only played 1 and 2 because my computer cant handle that much
