hiya, trainers! lisia here o/ today at bulba HQ, blanc and i got handed this pokémon we've never seen before... we're not really sure how to take care of it, but maybe with enough notes it might transform...? or maybe something will happen if we wait long enough regardless, we're not very sure! if you have any suggestions please tell us!!
