According to survey, here are the top four low stress jobs with high potential career growth and good pay...
1) Mathematicians (all they do is count, prove theorems..and create new ones?)
2) Archivists (just need to be really organized..but with the computer..it's simpler now)
3) Foresters and conservation scientists (jungle trekking and make markings on trees?)
4) Travel agents (i guess, generally holiday-makers are a happy lot..makes things easier)

i was in Bangkok with Sulin & Douglas..

And here are some of my fav pics of Bangkok...

It's liberating to be able to see the world with your friends. I think it'll be even more liberating to travel and see the world on your own.
One day, i hope to do just that; to see the world on my own.
just like Megan McCormick ...(Globe trekker traveller, Travel & Living Ch 703)

Spring Cleaning
So what have i been up to lately? Besides the usual; youtube / tv/ books and sleep, i've been excavating some hidden treasures buried right in my own room @ clearing the clutter in my room. Though it isn't an ardous task (just remove and throw right?) but i've been taking quite a long time sorting out the clutter; mainly because many times going through the mess have transported me back to the past; the good old days and secondly, i've had a hard time deciding whether or not to throw certain things or to keep them. I think that's the peril of being sentimental sometimes because then there'll never be enough room to keep everything. Everything is a keepsake.
And so as i was sorting out the clutter here are some interesting finds:
Yes..i still have my school name tags.. even from sekolah rendah ok! This i'm keeping... it's a keepsake
Cards, snail mails and notes.....this part was the hardest and took me the longest time. Reading some of these made me laughed while some were just really nice. To me this is the ultimate keepsake because i could never bring myself into throwing all these away.....it's like kawan derhaka...

haha...i can't believe i still have exam papers from upsr right up to stpm. These are like obsolete now.
Our batch's campfire booklet. Another keepsake. We had fun...we had joy...we had seasons in the sun...nice!
Whoa!! This is such a snatch! Savage Garden's poster with their signature. Can't believe i still have it...Must worth quite a bit... Keeping it.
Seastar - std. 6A's brainchild..could still remember how we slogged to publish it; write articles, come out with word games and staying in the school's office just to print ,staple and sell hundreds of them..and how old we were then? 12 yrs old.... so...are you smarter than 6th grader?...

Another laughing matter..... cannot believe i bought all these AND still keeping them. Looking back...they are such a waste of $$$... i guess it's part of growing up. Nevertheless, going thru the old mags was fun. The old hairstyles, the fashion etc...

Check out the charts of that era...with Spice Girls and Hanson topping the list. MmmBopp!
And the ultimate clutter....autograph books. I've got at least two of these kinda books and thinking back, i cannot believe (again) i could find time writing all these.....The funniest part would be to see how we would list down the names of our enemies/friends (so silly right?)......again...it's part of growing up in that era. Don't know if kids nowadays ever write these kind of things anymore.
So..yea...the sorting out is still in process.
