ＮＨＫが、テレビ番組を放送と同時にインターネット上でも見られるようにする「同時送信」の実証実験を、来年度にも実施する方針を固めたことが２５日分かった。 番組を幅広く同時送信できる時代を見据えた初の試み。ネット利用者も含めた新たな受信料制度を検討する上で、番組がどの程度、ネット視聴されるか注目される。 実験では、受信料支払者から数千～１万人規模で参加者を募集。１日に最大１６時間ずつ、１週間から３か月間、番組を同時送信し、ネット利用者の視聴習慣や回線への負荷などを検証する。総合テレビとＥテレの内容を送信する予定。 ＮＨＫのネット活用に関しては、６月に改正された放送法（来年４月施行見込み）で、１日のうち一部の番組を同時送信できるようになった。それを受けてＮＨＫは１０月、「インターネット実施基準要綱」を公表。民放や視聴者の意見を踏まえて「実施基準」として近く総務相に認可申請する。
