    I’d have the same reaction if offered Pepsi over Coke…. Anyway, l enjoyed this so much more than another older woman/younger man film, The Idea of You. Maybe it’s just a palette cleanser to all the movies that take themselves so seriously but sometimes you need to see a naked Jennifer Lawrence beat the shit out of some thieving teens.

    Thank you Letterboxd for inviting me to cry in a room full of strangers on a Tuesday night. Seriously though, I have never seen a film quite like this. I don’t know if any words I write will do it justice. The actors were phenomenal and the storytelling was very pure. There were a few bait-and-switch moments but it felt very organic to that maladaptive daydreaming that many of us escape into when we are searching for something or someone that is now only a memory.
