  Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides 2011

  I fell asleep. 

  Which was unsurprising due to the circumstances but I’m so mad! I love this movie. It’s so dumb and to me a good extension of the Pirates universe, even if it is a little lacklustre without Elizabeth and Will Turner. 

  Fountain of Youth storyline has me quaking with Indiana Jones type joy. We can all pretend the Spanish explorers are the Nazi’s (THIS IS ONLY TO FOLLOW MY METAPHOR!), and Johnny with his stupid hat is swinging by to save the day like Indie. 

  Just another great nostalgia watch.

  It’s really lucky these pirates only pillage and plunder. Wouldn’t be such a fun franchise if we introduced the R word now would it. 

  The music in this film could start a new religion. 
  Biblical stuff.

  And if my wedding isn’t mid-battle, in the pouring rain and officiated by Captain Barbosa… I don’t want it!

  finding out that John Leguizamo’s role as the big time movie star was actually going to be Daniel Radcliffe playing himself, is the craziest piece of news I’ve found out this week! would have been too distracting of a cameo but a very fun concept. It’s said he would have been killed for his minor role in ‘Frankenstein’.
