    It's in the same vein of film as God Bless America and Falling Down. This movie, with a long name, is overly violent at times but the brand of comedy here is generally amusing. Elijahs Woods character was made for him and hes good in every scene. Overall, the movie didn't leave a strong enough impression to rate it any higher than good.
