I think I've become desensitizated from watching so much horror.... This felt way too tame until the end and even then it wasn't as shocking as it probably would have been to watch back in the early 80s.
Edit to add: after looking at others reviews I decided to check if there are different editions of this movie and turns out there is and Prime seems to have the shitty shorter version that is missing a lot of the "good" stuff. So I guess I'll give this a rewatch if I get the chance to see the uncut version.
