Offside directed by Jafar Panahi is a movie about a bunch of women who want to watch a soccer game between Iran and Bahrain. However, in Iran, women are not allowed into soccer stadiums. The movie follows several women who dress up as men and try to sneak into the stadium to watch. Because of the plot of the movie, it was almost like a vlog. They get arrested and rounded up. They eventually get a security guard to watch…

Bulbul Can Sing 2018

Bulbul can sing is about the lives of three friends, Bulbul, Bonny and Suman. Bulbul and Bonny both have Boyfriends, and when they are caught with each other, the are shamed and expelled from their school. Bonny in particular was humiliated and she committed suicide. My favorite scene in the movie was the scene with the sparklers and fireworks. Overall, the movie was okay but it was quite slow. I would not recommend it.
