  So growing up as and currently being a full surf rat  I am qualified to say this. 

  
  Surfers don’t give a shit about point break or any other dingus movie involving surf. Surfing in them is always hilariously heinous and is stupid and doesn’t ~ get ~ it. 

  
  This on the other hand- a classic surf text. ❤️💯🤙🏽💙🏄🏼‍♀️
