  Fantastic locations and color schemes from Wenders & Muller, just spectacular to look at for 2 hours. Incredibly compelling premise that sorta wavers in the second half. Ganz is terrific and it's great to see a cavalcade of directors show up just looking *right* for this style of picture. The first murder is so expertly done, sinister, quiet, jarring against this unnerving underground backdrop...very cool movie.

  The most moving film Scorsese (or anyone) has ever made. DiCaprio and De Niro are both 25 years too old for their respective roles and it doesn't matter; they're so terrific the weakness and sadism coursing through their veins transcends the technical limitations (the same could be said for De Niro and Pacino in THE IRISHMAN). When DiCaprio screams "I LOVE MONEY!" and then lays down a pair of tens in a poker game, it's so pathetic it goes beyond…
