Unbelievable 2019
This probably wasn’t smart for me to watch lol. BUT it was beautiful to see Justice be served in the case of rape and sexual abuse. Almost half a million women report rapes per year in America alone so to watch the story of Marie be forced into lying after she bravely reported her trauma was infuriating, but the storyline was unbelievably powerful (pun intended).

I legitimately cannot process what I just watched. I have so many questions. So many theories. So many moral conflicts about what happened. I can’t decide if this is one of my new favorites or if this will be the cause of my nightmares for the next six months. Hugh Jackman’s performance was so amazing that my boyfriend had to keep reminding me that it was just a movie. Incredible.
