The Royal Tenenbaums 2001
Wes hitting his quirky ensemble stride. I was hooked from the introduction. Royal plays the lovable sunavabee so sweetly and nonchalantly. I loved scenes where all the actors get to bounce off each other.
Shoutout to the most visually stunning and striking suicide sequence I’ve seen; floored by that sink-hair-blood scene.
