Never bring a rolling pin to a gun fight, kid.
After absorbing all the earned memes, watching the train scene in awe, we finally sat down to watch one of the most iconic W&G shorts, featuring the infamous Feathers McGraw. I loved all the cockamamie inventions, the ingenious ineptitude, and the sheer villainy of Feathers. While this short felt a tad uneven to the high standards of the series, it’s still landmark cinema that ultimately depicts one of the worst roommates you’ll ever find.

Everyone knows the moon is made out of cheese.
An out of this world origin story for the delightful duo. Some of the attention to animation detail is incredible: shuffling cards, thoughtful finger taps, ears with a mind of their own. All the whimsy comes to full-blown full moon fervor with the scene-stealing three-wheelin’ lunar robot who’s a ten pence away from batting dopes and skiing slopes. A hoot and a holler and then some, with every fingerprinted detail noted and loved.
