  Doesn't reinvent the wheel for the type of movie it is, but it's serviceable and I was entertained enough. Third act definitely carries, but the quick jump scare editing kept me into it.   Truly caught off guard by this one. Comments on the rising red pill masculinity wave making it's way into adolescent spaces really well without shoving it in your face. I think my favorite part was it's take on grief, specifically with the father. Youre watching a man try to come to terms with the fact that the son he once knew is a completely different person, and also will have an entirely different relationship with him (and himself) going forward.…

  Truly heartbreaking stuff. My dad grew up an insane wrestling fan, so I’ve heard about the Von Erich family and was really excited when this was announced. Apparently fans have been asking for a movie about these brothers for a long time and I’m glad they came through.   “Talk to me Goose” 

  Wow was this a treat in 4DX! The definition of an action blockbuster. Outshines Top Gun in every way possible and adds some. The emotional moments hit, the funny quips work, and the action sequences are phenomenal. The third act completely blew me away and had me grinning from ear to ear. May not be the best movie of 2022, but it’s got to be my personal favorite
