Feels like a part 1, I understand the necessity to world build for the next movie but could’ve gave the audience more. Fight scenes felt a bit bland, armor design was sick as hell though.
It was pretty but in all honesty I wouldn’t really even prioritize watching the sequel had people not talked it up so much.

Peak Jack Black. Definitely would end up in jail irl but a nice story with a unique premise.
The build up to the big joke right at the climax never fails to make me cringe and laugh, it honestly makes the whole movie. Lots of others from this era feel very early 2000s, but this one holds up well and doesn’t show its age.
