This movie is such a kind of mixed bag. I love the songs and music and annie herself is great. On the other hand, everything with Jamie Foxx fluctuates between being sweet to being odd like the entire climax and a Billionaire running for government.... Still though I enjoyed it and it actually has some funny moments.

Just as good as the first in just slightly different ways. It does a great job expanding the world while also introducing new things. Truly pushing forward the story and taking everything to somewhere new for even more stories and adventures.

As a kid I was always passed up watching this because I didn't like the artstyle, but now I'm mad at myself for never giving this movie a chance because it's so great. Everything is just so cool, Hiccup is a fun character, Toothless is cool, the tone is nice I just enjoyed it a ton.

I enjoyed watching this movie now with the perspective of what came before. Pretty much everything about the movie I thought was cool. Finn is a cool character, Poe is a cool character, Rey and Kylo are intriguing and the action is fun. Is it kind of a redo of a new hope? Yeah but imo it twists things in a way that make it fun and different enough. I'm partially dreading and curious in what comes next with little true knowledge on what happens.
