The Church 1989
Ethereally spellbinding and bone crunchingly brutal, this film had me hooked from beginning to end. Michele Soavi takes this pulpy concept and delivers on it, while still adding a bit of that Italian dreaminess. I could see the slowness of the movie putting people off, but I found it hypnotic as it lulls you in to the same trap the befalls the main characters.
The score by Goblin (who should just make every soundtrack) adds immensely to the dreamy, grandiose…

One Piece 3D: Straw Hat Chase 2011
All this did is make me want to get back into playing One Piece Odyssey.
If Telltale had made a One Piece game, it'd have looked like this. The slow, stiff animation makes this feel kinda on the cheaper end, which it is, but there is still that One Piece freneticism and goofiness. This had more fluid CGI than that old Arthur movie that was also 3d, Arthur's Missing Pal, a movie I watched a lot as a child. Only in my reviews will you find these connections.
It looks like Sanji bleached his hair in this.
