The work of the foundation and companies that restored the film is quite impressive and is obviously commendable. Not that I expected much out of this, but it’s so boring. The producers saw Nightmare Before Christmas, and asked themselves “How can we take something awesome like Halloween Town and make it worse?” And it probably took them years to finally figure it out. “How about making it a live-action TV movie with a severe lack of budget towards decent costumes, puppets, and effects. Also, we need to make it as boring as possible.”

    Clearly whoever made this movie…
