  It is a film which has historical value and significance more than film itself. I see people's living and working scenes from over 100 years ago, which is very realistic. Although there were neither conversations nor main characters. It is still vivid and interesting.

  It is not a typical Wuxia film. I enjoy the scenery shots and the way director uses to express the mood of characters. However, the storyline is the most apparent flaw in this film. I cannot get what the film portrays after first time watching it. Director may mainly focus on the cinematic language, but real conversation between characters.

  I think the opening scenes are the best part of this film. Nothing in the later parts can beyond the early parts. And this film contains stereotype of Mexico, which can be considered as unrealistic.

  The first part of this film makes me really uncomfortable. There are a lot of bloody scenes. And I was so sad to see those innocent women were killed. The second part makes me very excited. It is enjoyable to see bad guy beat by victims. The last scene gives a strong ending.
