    Board of Directors Meeting


    October 7, 2019 – 6:45 pm – Hope Church

    Attendees:
    HOA Board of Directors:

    Tracy Mathews
    Kristy Ricard
    Rick Jester
    Robert Walsh

    Homeowners:
    Tim & Catherine Christopherson

    Comments from Homeowners. Comments should be limited to a few minutes per person. Please note
    that this is not an open forum. Homeowners are allowed to observe the meeting, but not interject
    throughout the discussion process. To bring an issue to the Board, please contact a board member or
    community manager prior to their meeting. Please note that some issues may not appear until the next
    meeting. Homeowners will be asked to step outside while the Board addresses individual owner issues
    and/or enters an Executive Session.

    Call to Order, establish quorum


    Approval of minutes unanimous

    Board issues/concerns:
     Vacancy on Board of Directors
    o Robert Walsh has been nominated to fill the vacancy
    o Unanimous vote
     Shed
    o Kaliah will reach out to Connie
     Fence
    o Quotes from fence company
    o Tracy will reach out to get company on schedule
     Survey
    o Should finish non-pool side tomorrow
    o Need to get pictures of where the stakes are for future knowledge
     Landscaping
    o Barefoot has already started working on the berm
    o Barefoot needs signed copy of estimate
    o Kristy to reach out and discuss with companies to get quotes
     Vendor packets
    o Need to get all contractors to fill out packets for Charleston so they can get paid
     Spring and Fall Yard Sales set dates
    o 1st Saturday in May
    o 1st Saturday in October
     Beginning of Summer Pool Party
    o June 6
     End of Summer Pool Party
    o September 12

    Next Meeting Date: Nov 4, 2019 at 6:45 pm at Hope Church
