Im just gonna tell you guys my cookie recipe

60g butter, 60g white sugar, 60g brown sugar (or just 120g white sugar), 1 egg, 40g flour, or more if the dough is too runny, 3 to 5 drops of vanilla extract, chocolate chunks. Melt butter in a saucepan. Let cool for 5 minutes. Mix with sugar. Add 1 egg. Add flour until it forms a sticky, non-kneadable mass. Add chocolate. Add vanilla extract. Refrigerate for 20 to 1 hour. Bake at 175°C fan/convection oven for 10 to 12 minutes. For crunchier cookies, bake for 15 minutes or more.
