Girls camp is AMAZING! This year i was a 4th year. The theme of camp this year was being "strong and courageous"! Which bring us to our 4th year adventure.. we went up a day early then everyone else and got the privilege of participating in the "high adventure". This race consisted of an 8-10 mile bike ride, 5-7 mile hike using coordinates and a GPS, and canoeing. We were split up into different groups within the stake but i was very lucky to have two girls out of the four of us from my ward. I was a apart of team STONE WALL. That was our color. We all agreed on taking it slow and not being competitive. But it turned out to be the opposite. We were proud to be the first ones back, being an hour ahead of everyone else although we did not win because we did not get the most points. But we didn't care... we just wanted to get done. It was a very rewarding accomplishment and i am so proud of myself for doing it because.... it was not easy. Then to reward ourselves all the 4th years went repelling! It was sooo scary! The worst part was climbing over the edge, but again i was so happy with myself after! ;) After repelling we went and swam at this creek and some girls were cliff jumping but I decided i had enough excitement for one day and just hung back and swam with a bunch of the other girls. Then we went to Lo Mia!!! where we rejoined the rest of our ward. Being a 4th year was fun but we all agreed that we liked being at camp better. The rest of girls camp we did certifications, ward time devotionals, line dancin' at the lodge, testimony meeting and spending time in the nurses office which held THREE of our girls with all three of them later going home early :( But all in all it was as always a great year at camp especially because my mom got to be there... again :)

So the last night our whole ward was pretty much bummed out and none of us were in good mood because of Lindsey going to the ER, but Me, Kell, Leah, Jocee and Darion Talked for a while and probably at 11:30(everybody in camp was still up, it was the last night) we went walking to find some of our girls that were at other cabins. We stop at the bridge and find a ward doing Moana... We all decide it'd be really funny if we screamed " SKUNK!" to make them all freak out. Right away Leah yells " Skunk!!" and runs down on the bridge shoving girls aside as she ran across.. but soon she noticed she was the only one doing it and awkwardly walked through the 1st years on the bridge back to us... Hahah!
2. The laughing that wouldn't stop..
That same night at camp, the last night, Me, Kell, Chelsea, Leah, Darion, and Madison were sitting in a small circle outside just talking and trying to cheer up. So then Darion tells this HILARIOUS story of what happened at the Dance Party in the Lodge which makes Leah laugh, then me, which makes Kell laugh and soon all of us are laughing soo loud and obnoxiously!!!! Our leaders close by we just staring at us and taking video of us cracking up.. So were laughing for AT LEAST 3 minutes straight!!! It totally cheered us all up!
