I didn’t like this one as much as the first. I thought the duo storyline was kind of odd with Vito’s beginning and Michael’s continuation. I liked both stories but thought they should’ve been separated and that the changing between each story was odd. I enjoyed seeing Vito’s start in crime and how he made his reputation. However, I feel bad for Michael because he didn’t want to take his father’s place and then he lost everyone because of it. I also thought the ending was weird because he just killed everyone else off.
I quite enjoyed the film. I wasn’t sure what it was going to be about and was curious why it was such a big deal. I thought the plot was really interesting and hadn’t seen something like this before. I enjoyed the characters and thought they were really their own person with different motivations and desires.
This movie was not funny. Nearly every joke is rooted in ableism, racism, or sexism and it seemed like that was there was to it, being problematic for problematic state. It is disgusting how much dehumanising there is throughout this movie. I understand that some language that is considered a slur now was not back then, but the unnecessary name calling and insulting of people was disgusting. Also, a pedophile is not funny, and those that do find it funny concern me. The main plot of the movie could have been nice if everything else wasn’t everywhere or problematic.

There is a lot of open ended questions like how she got there, is her leg broken, and if the blood splatters from previous bodies is a hallucination or is actually there and she is…
