Abstraksi: Pembangunan sistem informasi geografis berbasis web untuk menampilkan jenis Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) saat ini masih sangat terbatas, khususnya di wilayah Kabupaten Kudus. Kabupaten Kudus merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak potensi. Saat ini, Dinas Perindustrian Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Kabupaten Kudus belum memiliki fasilitas untuk memonitoring perkembangan UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus secara menyeluruh dan efisien. Hal ini disebabkan karena data masih disimpan dalam bentuk arsip maupun komputer secara manual. Oleh sebab itu Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Geografis Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Kudus ini sangat diperlukan demi mengefesiensi waktu dan mempermudah dalam input data. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi mendatangi langsung kantor Dinas Perindustrian Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Kabupaten Kudus. Dengan adanya aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah di Kabupaten Kudus, diharapkan mempermudah untuk menginformasikan dan memonitoring semua jenis UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus.

Abstrack: Developing of Geographical Information System of Web base is aimed to show kinds of micro entrepreneur which are limited recently, it is proofed in kudus regency. Kudus is one of many regencies which has many potencials. Early, the industrial of micro entrepreneur and cooperation department of kudus regency do not have facility in monitoring the development of all industrial of micro entrepreneur and cooperation as entirely and efficiently.  This is become a problem is caused of the using of computer in saving archieve files manually. Because of this problem, the raising of micro entrepreneur geographical information in kudus regency is needed to make in inputing data more easier and efficient. This research is conducted by doing observation. Visiting the industrial of micro entrepreneur and cooperation department Kudus regency as the technique in collecting data. Through application of Geographical Information System, it will help in sharing many information and supervising for all industrial of micro entrepreneur and cooperation are being in Kudus regency.

A car rental is a process to allow use car temporarily for a period with a fee renting, with technology customers need to reduce the time and effort in obtaining their needs, and we find that some customers who stay for temporary periods in places other than where they live have a desire to get a car for rent. Through this research will develop an electronic web-based system to provide a service Car rental for customers as well as the possibility of managing car rental agencies for the owner. This system will present a excellent tools tool for fast and accurate development of car rental service. Agile methodology and WebML methodology relied upon to carry out the search. The electronic web-based system application will allow improvement and quality of services provided to clients who have the desire to get a car for rent, and the car rental agencies that offer car rental services, and also the electronic system provides monitoring of cars that will be rented through the GPS service, which facilitates the process of controlling rental cars, Also some electronic system components will be added and reused.

The main purpose of this study is to measure listening comprehension skills of 5th grade school students with the help of web based system. This study was conducted on 5th grade students studying at the primary schools of Eskisehir. The scale used in the process of the study is " Web Based Listening Scale ". In the process of the study, the level of differentiation listening skill and educational level of mother and father, family income level, Turkish Course grading note and the most popular and listened music genre were investigated. According to the obtained results significant difference was found with listening skills and educational level of mother and father, family income level and the most popular and listened music genre. Also it was found that there is a powerful relationship between listening skills and Turkish Course grading note. In the process of the research, it was observed that the students used the web based system are more attentive and motivated. Nevertheless, personalized measuring environment was provided by the web based system. Finally, it can be said that the web based systems can be used positively for language learning, teaching, and instruction, improving, measuring and assessing process.

An Online Voting System is a web based system that facilitates the running of elections online. Most higher learning institutions in Kenya conduct elections regularly in order to elect a student leadership to elect them. The elections conducted are mainly manual hence they are marred with irregularities which usually affect negatively the results of the election. In this era of advanced technology where online systems boosts work speed, reduces mistakes and promote the generation of accurate results, having a manual system like the paper-based version becomes a misfortune. An online system, which involves procedures like registration of voters, vote casting, vote counting, and declaring results etc. would constitute a good solution to replace current system that is in the universities in Kenya. Online systems have the advantage of providing convenience to the voter and reduce the time wasted in the queuing process at election centers and also promote security in the voting process. This paper hence describes the UVS which is a web-based online voting system that helps facilitate voting on the internet by providing a platform students are provided with an online registration form which requires them to register as voters, and then the details filled on the form are submitted in the database which then approves the user who can then login into the UVS and cast their vote. The UVS was developed using the waterfall model due to the adaptive nature of web based applications and the system proved that a computerized solution is possible with elimination of human related faults that are a commonplace in employment of human clerks to manage the election process. This paper has proposed the basic structure of the system and its functionality which can be employed to replace the current electoral system used in Universities.

Learning English as foreign language remains uninteresting among Indonesian students. It is difficult because they have to memorize a lot of unfamiliar vocabulary with different spelling and pronunciation from Indonesian. As being seen from the four strands of language course, reading and listening are parts “meaning focusing input”. Reading, as basic skill, equips students by meaningful input, including vocabulary and grammar, to develop their language proficiency.

Metabolomics is a newly emerging field of ‘omics’ research that is concerned with characterizing large numbers of metabolites using NMR, chromatography and mass spectrometry. It is frequently used in biomarker identification and the metabolic profiling of cells, tissues or organisms. The data processing challenges in metabolomics are quite unique and often require specialized (or expensive) data analysis software and a detailed knowledge of cheminformatics, bioinformatics and statistics. In an effort to simplify metabolomic data analysis while at the same time improving user accessibility, we have developed a freely accessible, easy-to-use web server for metabolomic data analysis called MetaboAnalyst. Fundamentally, MetaboAnalyst is a web-based metabolomic data processing tool not unlike many of today’s web-based microarray analysis packages. It accepts a variety of input data (NMR peak lists, binned spectra, MS peak lists, compound/concentration data) in a wide variety
of formats. It also offers a number of options for metabolomic data processing, data normalization, multivariate statistical analysis, graphing, metabolite identification and pathway mapping. In particular, MetaboAnalyst supports such techniques as: fold change analysis, t-tests, PCA, PLS-DA, hierarchical clustering and a number of more sophisticated statistical or machine learning methods. It also employs a large library of reference spectra to facilitate compound identification from most kinds of input spectra. MetaboAnalyst guides users through a step-by-step analysis pipeline using a variety of menus, information hyperlinks and check boxes. Upon completion, the server generates a detailed report describing each method used, embedded with graphical and tabular outputs. Timetabling is one of the most important administrative activities that require huge attention of the school authorities in all educational institutions. Part of which has to do with examinations. Examination timetabling is sometimes a serious challenge in most universities. The objective of this work is to design and implement a web-based automated platform for university examination timetabling. The system discussed in this paper was developed using Macromedia Dreamweaver for creating the websites while MySQL serves as the database. The programming languages used consists of HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), Javascript, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) and SQL (Structured Query Language). PHP is a scripting language that is embedded in HTML. PHP scripting code is used to connect web pages to MySQL databases to create dynamic web sites. The system was able to successfully schedule the university examination timetable within a few seconds without clashes of invigilators and examination venues. If the system is fully implemented and adopted, it will go a long way to correct the problems encountered during the manual method of examination timetabling in most universities.

Development of business and technology make knowledge become one the primary needs for a company to increase the effectiveness of business processes. Knowledge Management System (KMS)is applied with a web-based system into a solution of knowledge transfer needs for e-procurement activities. This study uses qualitative descriptive method, using the framework of Model Tiwana, knowledge mapping using Model Zack, for the formation of knowledge using SECI model. Prototype system development method using Evolutionary prototyping. Methods in analyzing and designing systems is Object Oriented Analysis and Design using the Unified Modeling Language. yansıtan hem de öğretimi şekillendiren bir süreç olarak uygulanabilir. Araştırmamızın
amacı, ortaokul matematik öğretmenlerinin ölçme ve değerlendirme ile ilgili mesleki
gelişim ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek, bu ihtiyaçlara yönelik web tabanlı etkileşimli mesleki
gelişim uygulaması düzenleyerek süreci incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Araştırma
ihtiyaç belirleme aşaması ve mesleki gelişim uygulaması olmak üzere iki aşamada
gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Examination of the Effect of Web-Based Professional Development Practice on the
Approaches of Mathematics Teachers towards Measurement and Evaluation

If teachers are provided with the necessary support, assessment can be applied as a
process of both reflecting the results of the teaching and shaping the teaching. The aim of
our research is to determine the professional development needs of secondary school
mathematics teachers about measurement and evaluation and to examine the process by
organizing web-based interactive professional development practice for these needs. The
research was carried out in two stages: need determination stage and the professional
development practice.

Geographical Information Systems (GIS) has been used in secondary schools as a teaching and learning tool for the last two decades. Due to advancements in information technologies in the early 2000s started transferring desktop GIS to Internet platform and finally made Web based GIS (WebGIS) available to be used as a teaching tool in secondary education. The aim of this study is to compare the use of web-based and desktop GIS in order to find out the potential of the use of Web-based GIS in secondary school geography lessons.
In the study, a GIS based lesson was developed according to the 9th grade geography lesson with the topics on earthquakes in the world and Turkey, and this lesson was implemented together with 172 students from five different schools in Istanbul. The same lesson was implemented by two groups of students from each school; one group with ArcGIS 10.1 and the other with ArcGIS Online in a computer laboratory. The lesson lasted four hours during which students were first introduced to basic GIS functionalities and then implemented two different exercises on earthquakes concerning the world and Turkey. Pro-and-post tests were administered before and after the lesson to find out how the GIS platform effected the students’ success in the lesson and a survey was also applied at the end of the lesson to receive students' perceptions about the GIS platform and the exercises. Also, teachers who attended the application had survey related to application. As the study revealed, both educational settings; ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Online affected the students’ success positively in the exercises with a slightly more improvement with ArcGIS Desktop. The scores of the students in the pre- and post-tests increased by 31.91% from 25.44% to 57.35% with the control group (ArcGIS Desktop) while the same increase was 25.29% from 22.50% to 47.76% with the experimental group (ArcGIS Online). The study also revealed a positive attitude of the both groups towards the two different platforms. WebGIS has an important potential for geography education, although it still has some disadvantages compared to desktop GIS.

There is a need to build a social networking system that brings knowledgeable likeminded people together. People in the group can share the resource, information; have a discussion, and many more features with an organized and structured way. Group admin can set goals, have target due date to finish up the requirement as schedule specified in the group, and have all the agendas in the calendar block of the group. Resources such as photos, videos, PDF, web links can be uploaded to google drive directly through this application using Google Drive & Picker API. Members of the group can access resources on the Resource tab of that particular group. Discussions on various topics related to the group-Forum type of feature. In the current world we face difficulty in using WhatsApp group to discuss various problems/ topics in organizations and institutions. And people are facing difficulty in managing the stored data (such as documents, pdf, images and other files) using google drive/groups and WhatsApp directly. INTRODUCTION This social networking system that allows anyone to create and share online information. It allows users to collaborate, share & communicate. The reason is to gather knowledgeable people and make sure their problems are solved on the daily or monthly basis which they are facing in the career of using technology. METHODS System Architecture: As your app grows, you can organize code relevant for a specific feature. This helps apply clear boundaries for features. A module code to a specific feature separate from other kind of code. The application helps with collaboration b/w developers and teams, separating directives, and managing the size of the root module.

In the digital era, almost all activities are done computerized. Now the internet is widely used in business activities. In the field of internet business used for marketing, usually marketing is done through a website of a company. This method is quite powerful in overcoming the limited time for marketing a product company. However, not all business activities do this way of marketing. One business activity that has not fully to use the internet in marketing its products is hotels, hotel has room service services which is still done manually. This way is still less effective against marketing room service services, for it is necessary for a web-based computerized system that can overcome these shortcomings. This research methodology uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) through the planning, analysis, design and implementation phase. The final result of this design are a website that can facilitate in overcoming the reservation service room service at hotels.

English is introduced early on because children have a brilliant learning period called the golden age, ages 6-12 years, which allows learning foreign languages quickly. Learning facilities in most public schools today are still conventional, namely the teacher delivering the material in front of the class with the help of textbooks as a teaching guide. Furthermore, students listen and record the material presented by the teacher, so students do not understand the material presented. Based on this it is deemed necessary to build an application that is expected to solve the problems that exist in learning English. Web-based interactive learning media supported by databases, is one alternative that can be used as an alternative to effective learning methods. Interactive learning media developed using PHP and MySQL so that it has a more interactive appearance. Database support in this learning media will facilitate the system in managing and storing the required data. The method used for making multimedia-based applications in learning evaluation conducted in research is to use the ADDIE method. The connection between PHP and MySQL is done using a PHP script through a local intranet network. This research was conducted to determine the understanding and fluency of children in mastering English vocabulary so that whenever and wherever parents and teachers alike can play an active role in children to participate in monitoring English learning because student learning outcomes are less than KKM and the use of ICT not optimal. Web-based learning is a learning that can be accessed through the internet network. By using a learning medium it is hoped that the child can increase interest in learning in English courses. By using this application students are very helped in understanding the intentions and meanings of learning English and the teachers are even more creative to provide teaching to students to be more advanced in their understanding. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, questionnaires, observation sheets and pretest-posttest. The results showed that the learning media was based the web has been made an application to facilitate users.

Purpose: The purpose of this article was to represent the first experience of applying a picture archiving and communication system (PACS) at the Universiti Putra Malaysia with the cooperation of Universiti Teknologi MARA hospital, and to analyze the applicability of PACS, its impact on health care, its benefits to medical employees, and propose a prototype application of PACS. Methods: The main PACS components were discussed, HL7 and DICOM standards were introduced, and a prototype of WebXA application was proposed. Results: The results of WebXA revealed the ability of this application to retrieve, store, and display angiography images on a web browser anywhere, as long as an Internet connection is provided. Conclusion: This article presented PACS with its components and standards, a prototype application was discussed and evaluated, and a few recommendations have been provided for more improvements in the future.

This study aimed to investigate an effectiveness of unidirectional and reciprocal teaching strategies on programming learning supported by web-based learning system (VPen); particularly, how differently effective these two teaching strategies would work. In this study novice programmers were exposed to three different conditions: 1. applying no strategies, 2. applying unidirectional teaching strategies, and 3. applying reciprocal teaching strategies during learning. The results demonstrated that most students had positive perceptions toward VPen and the strategies. In the aspect of cognitive level of programming concept and program writing, students who used unidirectional teaching strategy outperformed students who did not use any strategy. The reason is that unidirectional teaching strategy facilitated students not only to write program codes but also to explain the structure and logic of codes to peers. On the other hand, students who used reciprocal teaching strategies outperformed students who used unidirectional teaching strategy on level of cognition of program concept and program writing. The reason is because the reciprocal teaching strategies, besides facilitating students to write program codes and to explain about them to peers, enabled students to interact with peers through questioning and clarifying each other’s codes. This study suggests applying reciprocal teaching strategies to enable students’ interaction, which facilitates learning, particularly, of novice programmers. That is, students without prior knowledge and skills may obtain assistance from peers when they experience learning difficulties while the instructor is unavailable.

The project is aimed at developing an application for the "CSE Department Management System" of the college. The system is an application that can be accessed and effectively used throughout the organization with proper login enabled. This system can be used as an application for the teachers in the college to manage the Department. The key feature of this project is that information on the application managed by teachers. Our project provides the facility of maintaining the details of the students. It reduces the manual work and consumes less paper work to reduce the time. This project is developed with ASP.NET , C# and MYSQL. I. INTRODUCTION CSE Department Management System is a formal sociotechnical, organizational system designed to collect, process, store, and distribute information. In an educational institution, there is a need to record information as pertains to members of the institutions, especially students, so ease is achieved when retrieval of said information is needed. CSE department management system or Department management system is a management information system for education establishments to manage student data easily and without stress. Department Systems provide capabilities for documenting grades and transcripts, computing results of student tests and other assessment scores; building student schedules; tracking student attendance; and managing many other student related data needs in a department.

Temperature (Suhu) dan humidity (kelembaban) menjadi informasi yang sangat penting dalam
menentukan kondisi cuaca pada suatu daerah, tempat, ataupun didalam suatu ruangan.
Banyak yang bergantung pada kondisi temperatur atau cuaca pada daerah tersebut. Makhluk
hidup pun sangat tergantung pada kondisi temperatur daerah yang ditempatinya. Temperatur
juga merupakan salah satu kunci penting dalam dunia pertanian atau perkebunan, industri
makanan, industri elektronika, dan lain-lain. Namun permasalahannya bagaimana kita bisa
membuat alat ukur temperatur dengan lebih mudah, dengan waktu yang lebih singkat, namun
dengan data yang lebih akurat dan mudah di kalibrasi. Pengukuran suhu secara konvensional
dapat dilakukan dengan thermometer standar, akan tetapi hal ini sangat merepotkan terutama
apabila suhu harus dipantau terus-menerus. Mikrokontroler kini semakin berkembang pesat dan
semakin banyak diminati dalam aplikasi sistem kendali. Bahkan saat ini sudah banyak
mikrokontroler yang menjadi yang sudah dalam bentuk modul. Salah satu modul mikrokontroler
yang banyak digunakan adalah arduino. Dipadukan dengan modul Ethernet Shield menjadikan
mikrokontroler ini dapat terhubung melalui internet. Untuk interfacing dengan internet maka
digunakan sebuah web server yang menyajikan tampilan suhunya melalui browser.

Bu anlamda öğrenme ortamlarına duyulan ihtiyacı ortadan kaldırabilme adına bilgisayar teknolojilerinde farklı öğretim ortamlarının oluşturulması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Günümüz teknolojisi sunduğu imkânlar ile farklı kullanıcıların yararlanabileceği, farklı kullanıcı özelliklerinin sahip olduğu ortamları araştırmacılar açısından sağlamaktadır. Uyarlanabilir Çevrimiçi Öğrenme Ortamları da bu alanda yenilikler getirmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı belirtilen ifadeler ışığında öğrencilerin Uyarlanabilir Çevrimiçi Öğrenme Ortamları ilkeleri doğrultusunda tasarlanmış yazılımın kullanımı hakkında görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. The progress in information and communication technologies and the birth of the internet has changed the end user computing experience and environment. This advancement has changed the way of delivering information and services. Information systems can now be web-enabled, unlike the traditional stationary information systems. Web based means the information system includes in the website. Web portals are a part of this advancement. A Web portal is a gateway to information and services from multiple sources in a unified way, using a single, unique user interface. This study will make design of web base online information systems of e-commerce user satisfaction using Zachman framework. The major objectives of this study was to investigate how information system IS measures that influence user satisfaction of the Diponegoro university students, also to design and analysis the implementation of Zachman Framework. Based on the data analysis collected by e-mail, the conclusion were: Design of the website in online store is good implementation because there is majority of respondents agree for customer satisfaction. The analysis of zachman framework for shopme design online store reflected the best solution because describe the more comprehensive coverage for all enterprise architecture stakeholders. The information system is measures the influence user satisfaction of the Diponegoro University students, and the design and analysis the implementation of zachman framework in this study presented a method that provides guidance in the development of an organization's enterprise architecture.

Background: Most people do not engage in sufficient physical activity to confer health benefits and to reduce risk of chronic disease. Healthcare professionals frequently provide guidance on physical activity, but often do not meet guideline levels of physical activity themselves. The main objective of this study is to develop and test the efficacy of a tailored intervention to increase healthcare professionals' physical activity participation and quality of life, and to reduce work-related stress and absenteeism. This is the first study to compare the additive effects of three forms of a tailored intervention using different techniques from behavioural theory, which differ according to their focus on motivational, self-regulatory and/or habitual processes.

In order to establish a distant education system, it is first required to create a virtual learning system environment. A detailed literature search has revealed the existence of some Open-Source systems such as Claroline, Moodle etc. Each system has been investigated in detail and it was found that Moodle is the one closest to the NEU education system. A study has shown that the instructor-learner relationship is poor in existing systems. The Grewptool collaborative editor has been used to create various additional features in order to satisfy the group work requirements. This paper is about a pilot study which has been carried out at the Near East University during the 2004/5 Fall Semester using the Moodle together with Grewptool. The system has been tested with 40 students taking the Java and the Pascal programming courses and the results of the research and a survey are given in the paper.

Web-based learning tools (WBLTs), also known as learning objects, are online, interactive tools that support the learning of specific concepts by enhancing, amplifying, and/or guiding the cognitive processes of learners. Research examining the effectiveness of WBLTs is somewhat limited because sound, reliable, valid evaluation metrics are sparse, particularly in the K-12 environment. The purpose of the following study was to re-examine the learning object evaluation scale for students (LOES-S), originally developed by Kay & Knaack (2009), to assess three key constructs: learning, design, and engagement. Over 800 middle and secondary schools students participated in high quality, pre-designed lessons intended to accentuate the use of WBLTs. Data collected from the new WBLT Evaluation Scale demonstrated good internal reliability, construct validity, convergent validity and predictive validity.

Introduction: Smoking-cessation follow-up care after hospitalization is known to be effective. Costeffective and disseminable interventions adoptable by hospitals are needed.
Design: RCT.
Setting/participants: Fourteen hundred eighty-eight current smokers recruited during a tertiary
care hospital stay were randomly assigned to Usual Care (UC) or Usual Care plus Web-Based Intervention (WI). Data were collected in 2011–2013 and analyzed in 2014–2015.
Intervention: UC provided brief bedside advice to quit, a quit plan template, and quitline contact information. WI included access to a website with asynchronous e-message communication with a tobacco
counselor, use of interactive self-assessments, helpful cessation information, and access to additional web resources, as well as automated e-mail messages tailored for health concern and readiness to quit.
Main outcome measures: Self-reported 30-day abstinence at 6 months was the primary outcome; a subset was verified by saliva cotinine.
Results: Six-month follow-up was completed by 83% of participants. No difference was found between study arms for self-reported abstinence rates in intent-to-treat (25.4% WI vs 26.8% UC) and complete
case (31.3% WI vs 31.4% UC) analyses. Reduced smoking was reported by 45.5% (WI, n¼276) and 47% (UC, n¼296) of non-abstinent responders (p¼0.59). Using a 10-ng/mL cotinine cut off, abstinence was verified in 52.1% of WI and 62.5% of UC (p¼0.11). Significant covariates associated with abstinence at 6 months were being male, not smoking during hospitalization, being very confident in quitting, planning to quit/stay quit, smoking fewer days in the past 30 days, fewer years of smoking, and having cerebrovascular or connective tissue rheumatic disease as primary hospital diagnosis.
Conclusions: Lack of difference between treatment arms suggests a strong effect for UC, WI was not effective, or both. Low intervention engagement may be partially responsible. Self-reported abstinence
rates were relatively high in both arms, although the biochemically verified rates indicate over-reporting of abstinence. These findings suggest brief bedside counseling for all hospitalized smokers is beneficial.

Educators have long sought for ways to improve student learning. With the introduction of technology to the instructional setting, possibilities for finding new strategies to improve learning have been, and continue to be, explored. To make the leap to student-centered, technologically-mediated instruction requires exploration of both change in the teacher's understanding of how best to teach, as well as understanding the different dynamics of the technology-mediated learning setting. Learner-centered approaches to teaching, including situated or contextual learning, collaborative learning, and integrated theme-based instruction, are gaining advocates (Dirkx & Prenger, 1997; Imel, 1991; Slavin, 1981). However, discussions continue as educators strive to resolve the tensions presented by changes in teaching practice and learning environments. Constructivism, Objectivism, Integrated Thematic Curricula, and Cognitive Flexibility Theory present design and theory frameworks that can move technology-mediated teaching and learning into the non-linear environment of the Web.

Background: Physical activity (PA) during pregnancy is associated with a variety of health benefits including a reduced risk of pregnancy related conditions such as pre-eclampsia and pregnancy-induced hypertension and leads to greater control over gestational weight gain. Despite these associated health benefits, very few pregnant women are sufficiently active. In an attempt to increase health outcomes, it is important to explore innovative ways to increase PA among pregnant women. Therefore, the aim of this study was to assess the feasibility, acceptability and efficacy of a four week web-based computer-tailored PA intervention among pregnant women.

ABSTRACT: Conventional data management, has many weaknesses, but takes a long time. With the support of information technologies that exist today, work with conventional data management can be replaced with an information system using a computer. In addition to faster and easier, data management also becomes more accurate, so it can help staff to patient data management, data doctor, data and schedule data nurse case. Inpatient hospital clinic Husada Pacitan Prima is one institution of public service that requires the existence of an information system that is accurate, and sufficient to improve service to patients and other related environments. With such a broad scope of services, and peoses process is still using the conventional system, of course, many complex problems that occur in the process of inpatient care at the clinic. The purpose of this study is to design and create a System Information On Inpatient Clinic Prima Husada Pacitan used to assist officers in managing patient data, data doctors who treat patients, keep the existing schedule data on Inpatient Clinical Prima Husada. Benefits of this research is to provide convenience to the officers for patient data management, data and schedule data doctor on call, so that the search data will be handled faster. With the creation of information systems Husada Prima Clinic-based website then the clinic can be helpful in pendatan and data storage.

Abstraksi: Pengelolaan data secara konvensional, mempunyai banyak kelemahan, selain membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dengan dukungan teknologi informasi yang ada sekarang ini, pekerjaan pengelolaan data dengan konvensional dapat digantikan dengan suatu sistem informasi dengan menggunakan komputer. Selain lebih cepat dan mudah, pengelolaan data juga menjadi lebih akurat, sehingga dapat membantu petugas untuk pengelolaan data pasien, data dokter, data  perawat dan data jadwal jaga. Rumah sakit Klinik Rawat Inap Prima Husada Pacitan merupakan salah satu institusi pelayanan umum yang membutuhkan keberadaan suatu sistem informasi yang akurat, serta cukup memadai untuk meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada para pasien serta lingkungan yang terkait lainnya. Dengan lingkup pelayanan yang begitu luas, dan peoses pengerjaannya masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, tentunya banyak sekali permasalahan kompleks yang terjadi dalam proses pelayanan di Klinik Rawat Inap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat Sistem Informasi Di Klinik Rawat Inap Prima Husada Pacitan yang digunakan untuk membantu petugas dalam  mengelola data-data pasien, data dokter yang menangani pasien, data jadwal jaga yang ada pada Klinik Rawat Inap Prima Husada. Manfaat penelitian ini untuk memberikan  kemudahan terhadap petugas untuk pengelolaan data pasien,data dokter dan data jadwal jaga, sehingga pencarian data akan lebih cepat tertangani. Dengan adanya Pembuatan sistem informasi Klinik Prima Husada berbasis website maka pihak Klinik dapat terbantu dalam pendatan dan penyimpanan data.

Objectives. To assess the impact of a mental simulation intervention designed to reduce student alcohol consumption by asking participants to imagine potential positive outcomes of and/or strategic processes involved in not drinking during social occasions. Design. English university students aged 18-25 years (n = 211, M.Age = 20 years) were randomly allocated to one of four intervention conditions. The dependent variables were weekly alcohol consumption, heavy episodic drinking (HED) and frequency of social occasions at which participants did not drink alcohol when others were drinking alcohol ('episodic non-drinking'). Measures of alcohol-related prototypes (i.e., prototypical non-drinker, prototypical regular drinker) were used to compute sociability prototype difference scores as a potential mediator of any intervention effects. All measures were taken at baseline and at two- and four-week follow-up. Methods. Participants completed one of four exercises involving either: imagining positive outcomes of non-drinking during a social occasion (outcome condition); imagining strategies required for non-drinking during a social occasion (process condition); imagining both positive outcomes and required strategies (combined condition); or completing a drinks diary task (control condition). Results. Latent growth curve analyses revealed a more substantial rate of decrease in weekly unit consumption and HED frequency among outcome condition and process condition participants, relative to control condition participants. Non-significant differences were found between the combined condition and the control condition. Across the whole sample, an inverted U-shape trend indicated an initial increase in episodic non-drinking before it returned to baseline levels. Conclusion. This study provides preliminary evidence that mental simulation interventions focused on non-drinking can successfully promote behaviour change.

Engineers and others can learn to use programming environments such as LabVIEW via online resources, including the LabVIEW forum. However, an interesting challenge in such a diffuse and distributed learning environment is assessing to what extent engineers are increasing in programming skill. This paper presents an analysis exploring the extent to which users’ uploaded programs changed in frequency and complexity over time. This study revealed a high rate of drop-out, a drop in the complexity of programs uploaded to the forum during the first two years after users’ first (respective) uploads of programs to the forum, and a slow long-term upward trend in complexity. The results highlight the need for further research aimed at assessing and promoting online learning of programming.
