My mother-in-law suffers from serious lung infections and chronic diseases, and we find it difficult to provide appropriate treatment for her, especially in the winter and the bitter cold. She is part of our family after losing her husband. We are now without shelter, moving from one place to another, and struggling to survive. Today we have no income, no life, and no work. Amid this destruction, my pregnant mother faces countless challenges. She suffers from malnutrition due to the lack of healthy food, which puts her and her unborn child at multiple health risks. The insufficient healthcare and weakened immunity have led to her contracting hepatitis, anemia, intestinal diseases, and preeclampsia. Additionally, the psychological pressure from the war and displacement exacerbates her suffering. The constant worry for the family's safety and the fear of the continuous intense bombing last night resulted in high blood pressure, imbalance, and fainting this morning. It was a terrible morning.

Despite the sounds of artillery, gunfire, bombing, fear, and anxiety, a new life continues to form inside my mother's womb. She carries the hope for the future, but the war has stolen her ability to dream. She not only carries a child but also the burdens and pains of war. The pain of her pregnancy is intensified by the weight of war and its sorrows. She carries life in her womb while war destroys life around her. Sometimes, we wonder: will this awaited child live in such a shattered world?

Hello , I am Shareef Alamoudy, I am from Gaza married and have twins children Husam and Ahmed, five months old, they came after four IVF. My wife and I came to Egypt in June to do IVF and my wife got pregnant and we got stuck in Egypt after the war, I was an employee in Gaza and my wife was a math teacher and now we have no income, my twins was born in April and one of them (Ahmed) has heart holes, needs custody, a lot of treatments and costs, and now he needs special milk and medication.

I am Suheila, a mother of five children: Shukri, Widad, Saja, Farah, and Mira. Our lives have turned into a nightmare after our home was completely and permanently destroyed. Our house, which once represented safety and a future for us, is now just a pile of rubble. The walls have collapsed, the roofs have fallen, and everything around us has turned into debris. We no longer have a place to go, and all our memories and hopes are lost.

After our home was destroyed, we have been living on the street in a small tent, at the mercy of difficult circumstances. We have no shelter, no protection from the cold, and every passing day deepens our suffering. My husband, Shadi, who was a fisherman, has lost his source of livelihood completely. His fishing boat was bombed and destroyed, leaving him with nothing. What was once our means of survival is now just wreckage in the sea, and he cannot return to work.

We are in desperate need of your help to provide food and the basic necessities of life. Every day that passes in these harsh conditions increases our suffering. We kindly ask that you stand by us in this hardship and help us lessen our pain, so we can continue to survive.

Additionally, my husband was injured during the war, which has worsened his health and further impacted his ability to work. Now, we are in a situation we cannot endure—without income, without shelter, and without any hope for the future.
