Great vibes, and Cage's character was kind of fun. The story's really the only thing here that disappoints. Longlegs (the film) focuses too much on its creepiness factor and mid-90s setting and forgets to place interesting clues along the way to its questionable end, choosing instead to give us a big exposition dump. And even that neglects to fill in the many blanks. I mean, an upside-down triangle?

The story's nothing revolutionary, and I wasn't familiar enough with the religious and political themes, but I liked this movie. Fantastic action, direction, cinematography, acting.
