Just a psa for fic writers who use the “trauma bond” tag, please make sure you’re using it correctly. A trauma bond is not two people who experience similar trauma and bond over it. It’s a carefully curated, manipulative bond between abuser and victim to keep the victim coming back because of the addictive highs and lows that come with abuse.

If you want to tag two characters bonding over shared trauma, a good substitute tag would be “bonding over shared trauma.” Trauma bonding is, by definition, an abusive relationship and may steer people who have experienced it away from your fic. Please spread the word and happy writing!

Sonic X Agent Stone!

It was actually very hard to try and get the style right- and also like distort it so it would have that fuzzy low quality look 😭😭 i sort of rushed this but I’m still pretty happy about it! Been watching sonic X recently while working on my college work and of course all i can think about is how stone would fit in the universe so here’s my idea..

Stone is a government agent on earth, when eggman broadcasts to the world about his “eggman empire” Stone is immediately intrigued and desperate to meet this guy. Wacky groveling and yearning ensues. He immediately finds eggmans base and begs and begs him to allow him to be apart of his empire. Eggman thinks this guy is weird but he likes the attention.

I’d imagine Stone is partially chill with team sonic only because he is a charmer and knows how to please people. Cream thinks he’s a nice person ( he pinky promised) Amy despises him because he is a threat to sonic but they also share a few moments regarding how driven they are to do things for people they care about. Not sure how he is with the others tho…
