Not real fluency imo (although I have a certification that says otherwise, which makes me think the entire concept of fluency is subjective bullshit), but I'm better with Spanish speaking patients than my coworkers. i'm a native speaker of german.

chronologically my second foreign language is russian, but it was never conversational and that bothers me. but i recently ran into an enthusiastic ukrainian grandpa and somehow he made up for how little i could actually say.

i have also learnt english and i'm a good english speaker, idk what level tbh, i hate that kind of thing, speaking a language i think is determined by more factors than how many conditionals you can form.

i also studied french in school, and it's sort of serviceable. i do a very good french accent. i do love french sounds.

i studied ancient greek for a short while. the greeks love long words and i think that makes them kin to germans. also i loved reading all the greek signage in greece last year. and i think greek makes beautiful sounds.

i studied japanese for a little while too. i was exposed to japanese watching shogun as a kid, i think it was sort of the first time i heard a foreign language and it sounded formidable. wish i could pursue that again. japanese is like an exercise in decoding. i loved the different alphabets and how they also convey meaning.

would really love to speak italian. i just think it sounds so funny and playful. and the people are so friendly and energetic.

English is my main language and the only one I’m fluent in.

I know some Sinhala, but it’s hard to find resources to learn it with since the language doesn’t have many speakers. I’m trying to learn Japanese, with Duolingo, but I don’t have much time to dedicate to it, so it’ll probably take quite a while to get to where I’d be comfortable speaking it, since I only know a few basic sentences.

For my name it was a nickname I was giving back in middleschool! One of our teacher had a system where we worked with 'wifi' eachtime we talked in class we lost a bar of the "wifi" (was a weird joke and we never held count on that) All the kids usually joked if they needed 'wifi' , they would borrow mine if they wanted to talk more. (I was incredibly shy in middle school, I only talked to like 3 people at school;^;)

They called me Ms. Wifi because of that. I just thought it would be funny if I put 'miss' instead of 'ms' because of my terrible actual wifi connection I have at home lol.

That and the fact childhood me liked the name kit) Sometimes I would use kit kat too, and I like KitKat bars (candy) so that's where that part is from. Firstly, my nickname was "bloodydumpling", and it was becasue of anime. "bloody" because of "tokyo ghoul" - ghouls eat human meat (so they must drink their blood, right?) and "dumpling" - 1. I love dumplings; 2. in polish version of "sailor moon" mamorou chiba was calling usagi "dumpling".

Now, instead of "bloody" there is "blue" - simply because I decided that my name is blue.
