Crocheted Monkey Finish

I finished crocheting this adorable little monkey and I am hoping that my daughter will be able to stop by and pick it up so she can find it a good home.

Fish Finish

This is supposed to have another large fish at the bottom but I think I am going to stop here and call it finished.  This is the Dimensions chart called Deep Sea Fish.  I have not decided on the final finish for this piece so I guess I can always go back and add the last fish at the bottom if this starts to look unfinished to me.

I have so many projects calling to me right now and I can't even decide if I want to do one of the quilting, cross stitching or crocheting projects so perhaps I should do some housework before I decide on the next adventure.

Sunshine Crochet (WIP?)

This is Sunshine by Judy Pyott which is available for purchase on Ravelry  here.  It is on the 7th row from the top at the previous link.  She has so many pretty afghans that she has designed.
I have a question mark after WIP in the subject of this post because I can't decide if I want a larger border on it.   Right now it measures 47" x 51".  The pattern says it will be 48" x 55".  Even though I used the recommended yarn (Hobby Lobby’s I LOVE THIS YARN in cream, sungold, linen, and ivory), I must have some quirks in my method of crocheting - perhaps my tension is too tight.  This is my first time using this yarn and the afghan is much thicker than the results I usually get with Caron Simply Soft.
I have been working on this since June 6 so I am so excited to start a new project.  I hesitate to stop on this one before this is truly finished, though.
