Hospital / Pain

Today I have a lot of pain (I was lying the whole week on the sofa). So I decide to go to the hospital now (my regulary appointment is on tuesday). I hope they send me back tonight. If not I have to stay there about 7 - 10 days.

A little update of my cabinet

Here is a little update of my cabinet. I was so nosy how the cabinet looks with all the little button cards, lace spools....so I started to decorate the cabinet.
I am really satisfiet with the result! What do you think?

Lots of fabric bolts.........

I have done some fabric bolts for my cabinet. I used 34 different types of fabric and yes it was a lot of work.... for each bolt I used my "label" with the antique sewing machine.
For the photo I used one of my new wallpaper (the cabinet lies on the paper). I am always afraid to use wallpaper with a pattern. But I am satisfied how it turns out.
Now I need more fabric bolts, lace ribbons, silk ribbons...........
I have finished also 2 of my birthday kits (sorry I forgot to post them!!!)

Wallpaper & Co.

I bought some new DIY kits, wallpapers and materials by Artofmini (www.artofmini.com) for several projets (French house, French warehouse and for my haberdashery shop.
I received also a little extra! A little box with a super cute antique label for sewing machine oil!!! Thank you Janny! That is so kind of you! Now I hope to find the "right" little bottle...

Haberdashery cabinet

Last night I couldn't sleep! So I started to paint my cabinet at 3'o clock in the morning. For the first coat I used a tester of white (wall) paint. For the seond coat I used my pnz wood wax (dark oak). Than I used an old fabric to remove some of the dark wax. For the little corners I used some q-tips (cotton swabs).
I bought the cabinet on the dollshouse fair.

I will use the little plastic bags (handle packing)..I know it sounds a little bit mad but they are perfect for little embroider kits. I will show you the result later.

Lots of fabrics

Today I was shopping. I bought a whole bag of fine patchwork fabrics and I paid only 4,50 €! I will use the fabrics for my haberdashery shop and maybe also for my baby shop. I am really not a computer freak but I have done my own little fabric labels (I found the little sewing machine on the net). Now I will do also a label for the wolls.

My Birthday present for Traudel

I have done some little birthday presents for my minifriend Traudel. Traudel's next project is a rose and lace shop. I hope she can use my minis.
I sent her also some stickers, a scissor and printies.

French Table Theatre

I have done a little French table theatre. It was a little bit tricky...because I normally work without a plan....

I have done also some modifications. My theatre has a little drawer for the actors who need a rest..and I have done some sticks....
The theatre is 4 cm wide.
