Toy Shop - Colour Test

 

Yesterday I decorated just for fun my little counter.....

 

I was not sure if the colour of the wall match together with my dirty furniture.

I used Lewis Ambiance mur colour tester - 5450 Eucalyptus

 

I really like it.....

 

This week I will finish the rest of the flooring and painting the big shelf.

My daytrip to Nieuwpoort / MINIATURENFESTIVAL

Yesterday I have done a daytrip to Nieuwpoort (Belgium).

I went to the Miniaturenfestival organised by Sofie Gonissen which is held every 2 years in the stadshalle (townhall).

 

There were about 50 miniatures in 1/12, 1/24, 1/50.

I bought also some little miniatures in Sofie's shop "The Small World" for my projects.

Spring Kit Swap

 

This is a photo of my spring flower kit.

 

I know a fungus is not a spring flower

but I coudn't find the right punscher.....

 

For the fungus I used a part of a x-mas garland!!!

 

I hope my swap partners like my kit!

Now I have to write the tutorial.....

Le Jeu de Boules

I am back in Belgium (since one week) and I have done a little boules-scene for my toy-shop.

Le jeu de boules or petanque is very popular in France/Belgium.

 

It was a little bit tricky to cut out all the little piece........

The scene is only 3 cm wide.

Toy Shop part 2 - Flooring

 

 

Here is a little update of my toyshop:

 

Yesterday I glued the base-cabinet into the shop.

 

Later I started with the flooring (5 cm long coffee-stir....)....

 

I really like the wooden floor.
