Shabby Birdhouse

This is a photo of my shabby birdhouse which I have

done for the summer swap of my online

mini club.

It is a secret swap so I can not mention the name of my swap partner.

Tonight I will add some soil and maybe a little bowl.

Tomorrow I take a new photo of the house.

A New Sewing Machine Lid

Yesterday I went to Antwerp / Belgium.

And there I saw the perfect sewing machine lid for

my haberdashery shop!

The lid is in super condition! No marks or woodworms!

I bought it directly. I promised Wim and Maritza van Soest to do

a nice haberdashery shop and to send photos of the shop.

I am really happy about the new lid. And now I can say good bye to the

old one!!!

The shop front matchs also to the lid. I like the decoration on the glass.

I will save the name Naumann and cut the hole on the back.

I am not sure about the colour of the front side. Any ideas???

Dorfpuppenhaus / Country Dolls House

I am still collecting the parts of the Dorfpuppenhaus / Country Dolls House.

This week I received part 69 & 70.

I buy only the building material not the miniatures or furniture.

I buy them on ebay.de- I had problems to buy them in the supermarkets.

Die kleine Puppenschneiderei / Litte Doll's Dressmaker Kit

For my toy shop I have done a doll's dressmaker kit.

On the internet I was searching for images which I can use for this project.

I was happy to find one. My next problem was to find a 

red fabric with tiny tiny white dots...... and a naked baby doll. 

I am really happy about the result.

When I was a child I had a little sewing machine. 

Now I am searching for little sewing machine

which I can put later in my haberdashery shop..
