(St.

Augustine Church, Barberton, OH) (March 2, 2014)

Eighth Sunday in Ordinary Time

So whats it going to be? God or stuff? Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night consumed with sleep-disturbing worries about job, money, clothing, shelter and more? Jesus knows we do and insists we can defeat worry (which is useless) by turning all of our concerns over to God. This makes God master over our problems and allows his grace to empower us. We have a choice: constant, useless worry or grateful trust in God. What will you choose? 322 Holy Hours were kept with Our Lord in Eucharistic Adoration last week. Please consider covering an hour on Friday from 3 - 4pm. This is the Hour of Divine Mercy, recalling the hour of Christ's death on the cross. If this hour touches your heart, please call Judy Soltis at 330-2120926.
