• Please remember to add a comment when filling out the supervisor & Assessor Verification Training Record

• Please ensure students are talking with you before attempting each task

• Please ensure students only open the online assessments on one device at a time otherwise work will be lost.

Logbook Example

Please remember the following when completing your Log book

 Add the full date, including the year
 The Centre’s full name must be documented, for example: “Kool Kids Mermaid Waters”
 Lunch breaks must be removed from total hour worked each day, for example: 7.5 hours (8 hour shift minus half hour lunch break)
 Running total column must be completed adding up total hours worked directly with children
 Supervisor full name needs to be printed on each line
 Supervisor signature needs to be signed on each line
 Do not use ‘ ’ in any column or on any line
Total hours must not include lunch breaks
