hiya! so i noticed my mental health has been lowk going to shit lately, and i wanted to make something to boost my will-to-live and will-to-take-care-of-myself, that sort of thing. and whether it’s my friends, my parents, my therapist, my psychiatrist, or even my girlfriend, being reminded by a few people to do responsible things isn’t always helpful. so, i’m going to see if trying one of those tumblr note challenge dealios would be helpful, especially to provide a sense of obligation to do a certain task. and obviously, i make no promises that i’ll end up going through with all these tasks, because this is all for fun. but i do, of course, plan to try my hardest to do all this
5 notes - wear my retainer every night
10 notes - take prozac every morning
15 notes - take vitamin b12 every morning
20 notes - brush my teeth at least once a day
25 notes - clean my room once a week
30 notes - brush my teeth at least twice a day
35 notes - eat at least two meals a day
40 notes - go to sleep before midnight on weekdays
45 notes - ask my mom to get my nose pierced
50 notes - cut after school naps out of my sleep schedule
55 notes - finish reading 1984 by george orwell
60 notes - finish reading brave new world by aldous huxley
65 notes - get caught up on ao3 marked for later
70 notes - eat breakfast every day
75 notes - go to sleep at 10:30 pm on weekdays
100 notes - try animating in procreate
200 notes - ask my parents for a binder
300 notes - clean out my closet
